The subs are incredible, but a bit pricey for every day. As a special treat they are wonderful. What I was really surprised by was how great the soups were, always try the soup if you can it's wonderful.

I got my sandwich and it wasn't even toasted. Nor did they ever ask if I want it toasted or not. I was literally the only person in there with 3 workers. Couldn't they at least have asked ?

First off I wanna say this Location has GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I made a order a week or so ago through Doordash, and waited a hour for a order that was ready in 15 to 20 mins due to the Driver's for Doordash being oblivious. I called Capriottis during the whole wait and they kept me in the loop on my order and encouraged me to get back in contact with the third party delivery service to get a refund. I did so the next day and got the run around which didn't resolve...
