I went in to order a BBQ Chicken sandwich but they were out of chicken so I asked them to substitute turkey for the chicken and they ended up making a turkey sub with no bbq and not at all the sandwich I ordered. Extremely dissatisfied.

I ordered half sub and half salad here for $12. When it asked for tip i added 10% but I realized they charged 20% on tip and i only found out when i checked my receipt!!! Cahier said my total was $13 but i checked my bank acct and the receipt they charged $16. Total scam

Thank goodness I have mayo at home because I got NO mayo on my sandwich. Also thank goodness I ordered a side of thousand island dressing because there was literally two teaspoons of it. We ordered two cheesesteaks with hot peppers and we had to search for them. The Cole Turkey sandwich is all dark meat, I don’t like dark meat and would like to have known that. doesn’t say that in the description. I’ve tried to eat there a few times and order something different thinking it will be better but no.
