Capriotti's Sandwich Shop

Put in an online order (at 3:40 pm) to pick up at the drive thru at 3:55 pm. Had a few stops to make and didn't get to the drive thru until about 4:15. When I got there, I can see thru the window three employees just standing around talking. So I wait, and after a while I don't see anyone coming to the window (they have a motion sensor at the window and I've heard it when I was inside). Wait another couple minutes and no one. I used a water bottle to tap on the window, and still no one. (Irritation building), I move my car closer and knock on the window. Finally the male employee opens the window and asks me not to knock on the window. I told him if they were paying attention to the drive thru window and sensor I wouldn't have to knock on the window (insert sarcasm...). He then tries to tell me they were at the grill, I told him they weren't, because I was watching all three employees standing around right in front of the window. Then he tries to close the window, and I'm like, can I get my food????
Needless to say, I won't be back to that shop which is a shame because they are right to down the road. I'd love a call from management to discuss... I have my order number if needed.

Second time my son got bones in his turkey sandwich

I was the only customer so there's no excuse, I ordered the Bobbie with NO cranberry ADD mustard and the chicken balsamic with NO cheese, the salad came with four tiny bites of chicken and they completely ignored leaving off the cranberry and did not add mustard, I was in a hurry so I left without checking the order because it wasn't complicated and I was the only customer there, (3 workers) and I left a big tip which I now regret, there's no excuse you can give that is acceptable l, seriously do better kids.

Don't go without proof of your online order. Little effort is made to find your order otherwise.

I just don't understand how you miss a piece of solid piece of bone the size of a marble.

I hate when I spend my money on something and don’t get what you payed for. I ordered a small Bobbi and ask for extra mayonnaise. I get a Bobbie with literally just dressing, barely any turkey and no cranberry. I overheard the workers talking about how they made a sandwich wrong and then said oh somebody ordered a Bobbi anyway so it’s OK and than they told me mines was ready. It is no way it could be ready literally 3 sec from me ordering so I’m assume they gave me the one they messed up on. The customer was not welcoming at all. It is very sad customer service is not the same no more let alone you can’t get what you payed for. I would returned but I already made it to work and could not return back. I just wasted $10 and some change for it to go in the trash.

The workers are always so kind here. I don't go often, but they always remember us! We got the bacon Bobbi today since it's November and wanted some early Thanksgiving yumminess. I typically get the capastromi.

I have always ordered here and I always have the classics cheese steak sandwich, this time it was not good at all.. no flavor, very bland.. very disappointed especially the price of the sandwich... plus I paid for extra cheese and there wasn't extra..

Our large Italian sub was soooo sloppy made….One bite and everything falls out. Underneath this mess of lettuce, tomato, and absurd amount of pickles was an extreme amount of mayo and more mustard than one person can consume. I have officially given up on Capriottis. This was so unappetizing the way it was made. The picture doesn’t depict how messy this was made. The lady at the pick up window was very pleasant so I give stars for that only.

Place is disgusting..the bathroom look like a truck stop bathroom ..the little boys working sit on their but while the place is filthy for customers to sit..then as well as some kid cooking is beating his cooking utensils like he is a rock star...what a horrible staff an ran bussiness

I ordered directly from the capriotti's website. I ordered delivery. I waited an entire hour and it never showed but the time of the delivery kept updating and it just kept taking longer and longer and longer. I called the capriotti's at Cheyenne and 215 in Las Vegas and asked him where my order was. They said they don't deliver. However keep in mind you can order delivery directly through their website. I called and asked for a refund and he said he can't do it and that a manager has to do it. He asked me to do it over the website. I thought this was odd because the capriotti's website doesn't offer refunds. What a mess this place has turned out to be at this location. Many times the bread has been stale. I was really hoping to give them an extra chance today. Apparently that's not the case. If they don't offer delivery then they should not offer it on their website. What a joke.
