Dirtius capriotti's I've ever been in. The bathroom is a disaster. Looks like no one cleaned it for months. Things are full of crud. The black floor inside the restaurant is filthy as could be. This establishment needs a manager that will keep it clean.

The lady that's always at this register is rude and miserable. I walked out while trying to order. Don't worry folks she's been here forever and Caps doesn't care. Go somewhere else.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a restaurant. I ordered through the Capriotti’s app and very clearly put NO BREAD in the instructions. When I got to the window, they told me to drive back around because the food “wasn’t ready.” Fine. When they finally gave me the order, it was sandwiches with bread.

I pointed out that my receipt from the app shows no bread. The guy at the window didn’t care at all, shrugged it off, and basically told me “sorry” while handing me food I didn’t order. Zero effort to make it right. To top it off, the food wasn’t even hot by the time I got home.

Lazy, careless, and unprofessional. If they can’t follow simple instructions from their own app, or even bother to fix their mistake when called out on it, they don’t deserve my money. Never coming back.

Overpriced for the sandwiches that seem to get smaller and worse every couple of months. Come in the morning all the time and the manager always seems in a foul mood and difficult. Much better experience at night. Just seems like the whole place is horribly managed

Placed an order for pickup at 6:55 and arrived at 6:55. Sandwiches were so soggy and all the toppings were not even in the sandwich, they were in the paper on the side of the sandwich. Couldn't even eat it it was so gross. Second time from this location that it's been like this.

I'm never eating at this place again. Almost the whole hoagie was soggy. Absolutely disgusting sandwich.

Put in an online order (at 3:40 pm) to pick up at the drive thru at 3:55 pm. Had a few stops to make and didn't get to the drive thru until about 4:15. When I got there, I can see thru the window three employees just standing around talking. So I wait, and after a while I don't see anyone coming to the window (they have a motion sensor at the window and I've heard it when I was inside). Wait another couple minutes and no one. I used a water bottle to tap on the window, and still no one. (Irritation building), I move my car closer and knock on the window. Finally the male employee opens the window and asks me not to knock on the window. I told him if they were paying attention to the drive thru window and sensor I wouldn't have to knock on the window (insert sarcasm...). He then tries to tell me they were at the grill, I told him they weren't, because I was watching all three employees standing around right in front of the window. Then he tries to close the window, and I'm like, can I get my food????
Needless to say, I won't be back to that shop which is a shame because they are right to down the road. I'd love a call from management to discuss... I have my order number if needed.

Second time my son got bones in his turkey sandwich

I was the only customer so there's no excuse, I ordered the Bobbie with NO cranberry ADD mustard and the chicken balsamic with NO cheese, the salad came with four tiny bites of chicken and they completely ignored leaving off the cranberry and did not add mustard, I was in a hurry so I left without checking the order because it wasn't complicated and I was the only customer there, (3 workers) and I left a big tip which I now regret, there's no excuse you can give that is acceptable l, seriously do better kids.

Don't go without proof of your online order. Little effort is made to find your order otherwise.

I just don't understand how you miss a piece of solid piece of bone the size of a marble.
