I was really looking forward to trying Capioti’s, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the hype. The sandwich I ordered was surprisingly small, and the meat portion was noticeably skimpy—about half the size you'd expect from a quality deli. For the price, I was expecting a hearty, satisfying sandwich, but it felt more like a snack than a meal. The flavor wasn’t bad, but it’s hard to enjoy it when the value just isn’t there. Hopefully, they reconsider their portion sizes because the quality could be good with better balance.

I ordered a chicken cheesesteak through Doordash. I selected grilled onions. I am allergic to raw onions. They put raw onions on my sandwich and now I'm fighting for my life. You had one job, to make a sandwich according to the directions. You don't know what people are going through so if it's too much to do then get somebody else to do it. The meat was stale and dry as well. Just a poor experience all the way around. Not that they care but I'll never eat here again.

The food and the service here was great. The young lady Asia was very patient and professional and I really appreciate that., Thanks guys for the wonderful experience

I want to start off by saying the sandwiches are really good. However, the place smelled so bad. Almost like a sewer. The service was good and we got our sandwiches pretty fast. The other thing that irritated me was how my sandwich looked. It was smashed. Tasty, but pretty smashed. I also work in a food business, just to be clear, and I wouldn't sell that to a customer. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I think their food is good but I probably wouldn't go back to that specific shop.

My favorite sandwich at capriottis is definitely the cheesesteak. I'd definitely recommend it if you've never tried it before.

Walked in for lunch, almost thought the store was abandoned due to the broken and faded signage. Inside I was greeted with the smell of sewage, took a peek over the counter and saw a filthy grill full of food remnants, bread for sandwiches stored on the lower shelves of the prep tables right the dingy floor. Just nasty. When a staff member came around the corner it instilled even more doubt that this location wouldn’t give me dysentery.

Super bummed. Love caps. Just not this one.

Picked up sandwiches for Super Bowl...Delicious. Staff friendly and courteous.

Young ladies working there were super nice. Steak sub excellent. Chicken sub really dry. Would go back just not order chicken

Ordered from them from DoorDash and they forgot half of my order. The sandwich I got literally had barely any meat on it. They put a few little slivers of meat on the sandwich and charged nearly 20 bucks for that. They totally forgot to include my chips and cookie that I ordered. What an insult!

I gave a 3 star for the following reasons the store smells really bad of sewage drains, the floors are dirty in the customer area it makes me think what it looks like in the kitchen area and behind the counter also out of the 4 workers that where there only 1 had a hat on for hair covering the other 3 had no hairnet, hat or covering. Also had oven cleaner out with a red dirty bucket near a table to sit at and the trash bin was over full, the store also needs its a/c fix was too hot just waiting for our order it must be unpleasant for the grill cooks. I Was greeted upon walk in and staff was nice and helpful food tasted good. I believe something’s are just being ignored and over looked.

I had an issue with our to go order. When I called to rectify the situation, the female manager got on the phone. She resolved our issues in a positive way. Highly recommend.
