Trip to Vegas was excellent until we ate caramellas brunch on a Sunday. We have been suffering food poisoning ever since.

Caramella at Planet Hollywood is truly a hidden gem on the Strip! From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the beautiful atmosphere and stunning views — easily one of the most scenic dining spots in Las Vegas. The food was absolutely incredible — every dish was perfectly prepared, bursting with flavor, and presented with elegance.

What really set the experience apart, though, was the world-class service. From start to finish, the entire team made us feel so welcomed and special. The management went above and beyond to make my sister’s birthday unforgettable — they stopped by our table to personally congratulate her and even took a photo of us to capture the moment. Such a thoughtful and genuine touch!

Caramella combines incredible food, top-tier service, and a warm, upscale ambiance — everything you could want in a fine dining experience. If you’re looking for an exceptional restaurant with heart and style right in the middle of the Strip, look no further. Highly, highly recommend!

We went for drinks and appetizers, they were great! Polenta was so tasty. Our server Michael was so nice, funny and attentive. Thank you for showing us the hidden bar and for the candies.

Wow the lamb here was incredible and you have to get the potato's with mushrooms. The service was very slow :/ but still five stars because of the atmosphere and food 😍

Caramella is located inside of Planet Hollywood on the top floor, to the left of Criss Angel’s Mindfreak show. It took over the spot where club Koi used to be. What an absolute freaking gem. The decor reminds me of an 80s Miami club meets modern elegance and bright, candy notes throughout. The cuisine is Italian and so good. For cocktails, go for Instant Crush and the espresso martini. Please note that these cocktails lack that sickly, sugary sweet taste and are balanced the way they should be. I was pleasantly surprised to not get a sugar rush from my espresso martini, and instead enjoy actual rich espresso notes. Definitely get the spicy pasta they recommend-it’s to die for, with the perfect amount of kick. The king crab leg scampi had more meat on crab legs than I’ve seen anywhere else I’ve ordered them. Finish with the chocolate tart, and you’ll be pleasantly surprised to find that you still feel great and not too full or sluggish at all. Of course, I split all of this with my husband for our anniversary. Now, for the views. It is built over the strip at the perfect angle. Strip views, Bellagio fountain views. Magnificent. If you’re there Thursday through Sunday, definitely try their speakeasy as well. What an amazing time. I will be back

we weren't planning on going here, but my casino host, said it has excellent food. So we did. I am so glad we had dinner here on Oct. 31th. the decor is fancy Italian the best I could describe, it is beautiful. Even the gorgeous light fixtures hanging from the ceiling look like fragile blown glass and create a romantic soft light atmosphere. Our server was amazing, he made suggestions, like trying the most popular item on the menu, the garlic bread. We ordered it, that alone was an incredible bite (after bite after bite). Any one we talked to about Caramella , first thing asked did we try the garlic bread? It is well worth the cost. Molten mozzarella and garlic on soft italian bread, my mouth is watering as I type this, it was that good.
I had the chicken parm, my husband had a filet. Both were perfection. We were so stuffed neither of us could finish or dinners. Dessert menu was offered but we said no. Our waiter had the great idea, we could order it to go. But again we said no. We already planned, next trip to Vegas we are definitely going back. It's a new restaurant but has old Italian charm.
On the questions below to the noise level, we could talk easily, but it was Halloween, so there were several groups in costume having a great time, lots of laughter.

Beautiful location. Really liked the oysters and shrimp, but the tuna tartare was probably our least favorite. The tuna was completely overwhelmed by the onion and rice. Overall it was still pretty good for an all you can eat brunch.

Stopped in for Sunday Brunch - the AYCE was such a great deal! You can order everything on their menu, for as much as you want! Definitely helps that the gazebo view is STUNNING.

We will back expeditiously!
