This is one of my favorites restaurants in Vegas, food is amazing and service was great! Ryan took amazing care of us. We were also celebrating our anniversary and from the moment we arrived we were congratulated.We had the octopus, the carpaccio, lobster ravioli, vodka rigatoni and lemon cheesecake and we loved everything!
Incredible food and impeccable service. Carbone is a must for Italian food in Las Vegas. Reservations are needed and you can only book 30 days out. Well worth the effort. The spicy rigatoni is the key. Spilt an order as a side

I tried for weeks to get reservations and my husband randomly snagged them day-of for a late dinner and it did not disappoint. The beef carpaccio was one of the best dishes we've had in years. If you can get reservations, don't pass them
Have eaten here twice and the food was honestly quite good with no issues with the service. Pricey for what you get but that’s Vegas. Reserved for a third time by phone through the restaurant’s own reservation system and was promised there would be no issue with our infant being at the meal, which we clarified and double checked. When we arrived the three working the host stand on the night of our reservation refused to seat us and were incredibly rude about the misunderstanding, demanding that we prove in writing we had been told our infant would be allowed as this is against their rules. I cannot emphasize enough how much of a point they made to prove they did not care about us or our business. My advice is to go to RPM at Caesar’s, the food is just as good and they are way nicer. Would never eat here again after this incredibly rude service and unpleasant experience.

Kid-friendliness: Do not try and bring children. We made a reservation via concierge (months in advance) and confirmed an infant and stroller would be allowed and were reassured it would be fine. When we got there they refused to seat us and would not allow the child inside. They then proceeded to yell at me and tell me it’s my fault (not to mention I am pregnant) to the point where it brought me to tears. I understand they have a policy, but they could have gone about it completely differently. We will not be returning due to how we were treated.

Carbone is a dining experience. You'll want to make sure you have reservations and ensure you have about 2 hours available for dining. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is all very good but that beef carpaccio is life changing. The balance of that dish is pure perfection. I cannot stress enough that it alone is worth the price of admission and I'd order it again in a heart beat. The spicy rigatoni and veal Marsala were both great.

My friend and I managed to grab a couple of seats at the bar later in the evening. Bernie was awesome taking care of us. The food - baked clams, bread, veal Parm and spicy rigatoni were absolutely the best. No rush to finish as the restaurant closed either. The staff really took care of us. A plus experience!
