We were vacationing for 5 nights and ate here alot. The breakfast was amazing. I recommend the burrito. Afternoon happy hour was great! I made a point to be there every day for that. $10 drinks buy1 get1 free. Sodas for the kids were always free refills so save your cups. Not alot of staff but the ones there tried their best to take care of everyone quickly. Pizzas & fries were a hit after all day swimming. Fries are very big for the $8.5 they charge. Yummy food. Just wish the poolside ordering was easier alot of times you had to go inside to order and to pickup the food. Short staffed i assume. Still great place

Ripoff. Went there for happy hour. Buy 1 get 1 free, but it's a lie. You still have to pay an 18% gratuity on the free drink. For example, you buy a $10 drink. They charge you for two drinks ($20), then remove one ($10), but they still charge gratuity on the "free drink". Instead of $1.80, you get charged $3.60. Therefore, the second drink is NOT free. You will pay $14.44 for two drinks, due to tax and forced gratuity charges. You pay a 36% gratuity charge that is non-negotiable, no matter how bad the service is. Save your money and just buy from one of the many liquor stores just down the street, but don't try to bring it into the pool area, because that's not allowed. Even during happy hour, the drinks are not worth it.

I'm confused on why this establishment is charging 18% for take-out. The supervisor tells me it's in the menu, but it clearly says all dine-in customers will pay 18%. This is ridiculous, to say the least.

Do not go to the breakfast, absolutely disgusting. I am afraid to try very much and dinner. One star is for the nice employees

We are a family of six and ordered two sample platters with 2 entrees and we had plenty of left over. This gem is located inside the Cancun resort in the middle of all the pools. The neat thing is that you can order your drinks and take them pool side or back to your hotel. Everything we tried were absolutely delicious including their house drinks. We probably loved the Parmesan fries the most but we enjoyed the platters very much. It is a great option to enjoy a lot of the appetizer menu in one shot. Looking forward to trying their breakfast menu. They also provide room service!
