Spent the week at the Cancun Resort. Many afternoons at the Caribe Lounge for Happy Hour! A special shout out goes to Kyle and Jeremy who took great care of our table of 7 each time we were there! They are fantastic!

We spent a week at the Cancun Resort Las Vegas and visited the Caribe Lounge a number of times for breakfast, lunch, and happy hour. The food was great and the service was exceptional. Special shoutout to Jeremy and Kyle for taking care of our group the entire week! Stop in and see them when you are here, you won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful service! Loved our bartender/service. Not impressed with the outdated menus and lack of options. The onion rings were 5/5 but the brisket was 1/5. Maybe it's better in the summer but it was not good

We were vacationing for 5 nights and ate here alot. The breakfast was amazing. I recommend the burrito. Afternoon happy hour was great! I made a point to be there every day for that. $10 drinks buy1 get1 free. Sodas for the kids were always free refills so save your cups. Not alot of staff but the ones there tried their best to take care of everyone quickly. Pizzas & fries were a hit after all day swimming. Fries are very big for the $8.5 they charge. Yummy food. Just wish the poolside ordering was easier alot of times you had to go inside to order and to pickup the food. Short staffed i assume. Still great place

Ripoff. Went there for happy hour. Buy 1 get 1 free, but it's a lie. You still have to pay an 18% gratuity on the free drink. For example, you buy a $10 drink. They charge you for two drinks ($20), then remove one ($10), but they still charge gratuity on the "free drink". Instead of $1.80, you get charged $3.60. Therefore, the second drink is NOT free. You will pay $14.44 for two drinks, due to tax and forced gratuity charges. You pay a 36% gratuity charge that is non-negotiable, no matter how bad the service is. Save your money and just buy from one of the many liquor stores just down the street, but don't try to bring it into the pool area, because that's not allowed. Even during happy hour, the drinks are not worth it.

I'm confused on why this establishment is charging 18% for take-out. The supervisor tells me it's in the menu, but it clearly says all dine-in customers will pay 18%. This is ridiculous, to say the least.

Do not go to the breakfast, absolutely disgusting. I am afraid to try very much and dinner. One star is for the nice employees
