Incredibly friendly, patient, and attentive staff! Plus, the cold brew was amazing! So glad I came despite the other reviews
Terrible service
Amber and Luis were amazing to work with. Yummy pastries but excellent customer service!!!!
yum canolli Dubai pistachio tasty . next time i'd like to try classic or chocolate dipped canolli . counter help cash wrap helpful cake picks $ .50
It is a very small space to occupy in the Venetian that stays crowed. I like my space, but I was enticed by the desserts on display. The tiramasu was moist and good.
Wife wanted to try the cake as she enjoyed the show. We got 4 slices to go. All were dry and flavor was lacking. For a guy who is supposedly a Boss of cake, his staff can’t bake one. We tossed them in the trash after 1 bite each. Don’t waste your time or money.
The carrot cake was so good 😍👌
Got a cupcake to take back to hotel and eat. 10 min later it was so stale had to through away!
The Dubai cheesecake was amazing. Probably the best cheesecake I've ever had.
We were so excited to try Carlos Bakery in Vegas! Unfortunately, it was very disappointing. The cake slices are prepackaged & the cupcakes in the case were super dry & not impressive. The positive: Prepackaged cake was actually moist vs. the cupcakes they were selling as fresh baked.

Amber and Allison saved the day! We were celebrating a birthday and knew we wanted our dessert from Carlos. After seeing a show, we got there right at 10:00 as they were closing. They allowed us to still get the dessert and celebrate a 70th birthday! The desserts we got were fabulous!! We’ll be going back tomorrow.

I come here every time I visit the strip. 10 years ago I would say this is one of the best cookie places I’ve been to, the last 3 years? Starbucks is starting to look like a better spot for chocolate chip cookies AND service.
Today I visited and I asked the woman (quite kindly actually) if I could have the cookies with the ‘most’ chocolate chips.. begrudgingly, she said stand over there and wait to be called, sure enough she gave me the ones with the least chocolate chips. (What?) there were obviously 15-20 cookies to choose from. The special quality and service of Buddy holly is not what it used to be. They used to be happy, excited and optimistic. Today? They had one very kind boy and 2 older SOUR ladies…
Not the face I would want to put to the nature of this business. And please please please bring the quality back to where it used to be! 🙏🏻
Here’s a picture of the cookies “with the most chocolate chips” below-

Service so slow! And what’s more, there weren’t even any brownies left! What a disappointment!

I went into Carlos shop a few days ago to order a cake and their associate Amber was absolutely incredible. She made the whole process personable and quick! Highly recommend stopping by!
