We were just in Vegas and of course had to stop at the renowned bakery. I had the peanut butter cannoli crunch. It was good but very cold and frozen like so I do not believe this was made fresh that day or recently as it was not thawed from the freezer.My friend had the carrot cake slice. This was not fresh as it was pre-packed identical to the way you purchase it at Walmart but costs $5.00 more. At a bakery I expect the items to be made fresh not shipped in and frozen especially for the price we paid which was over $20 for both items.

So funny. You get the exact same cake slices prepackaged that you find at Walmart. But guess what? You pay about $5 more for them. So You’re not getting fresh baked goods. So the cake slices are worth the Walmart “vending machine” price but certainly not worth a so called bake shop price. Nothing special here.

2 visits here on our Vegas trip, loved the service and yummy food so much, had to come back. We were taken care of by Raven and Andres. Both of them were awesome; very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Raven remembered us from our first visit and was genuinely happy to see us return. They both make some great suggestions, and everything was spot on! The shop was very clean on both visits. I dont understand the negative comments here, probably people having a bad day. Anyway, I recommend Carlo's Bakery. Enjoy!

Great staff & great products but what stuck out more than the taste of what I got was a certain staff member by the name of amber, she gave exceptional suggestions on what sweet treats to give a try & just the service she provided in general was amongst the best of all the staff i camr across. Huge thanks to miss amber she made this last stop on our vacation great !!!!!

I must say this place is outstanding overall but the service me & my family recieved from Amber was more than we could ever imagine she was very attentive from the service she provided to the suggestions on the amazing desserts. The canoli was disgustingly gross. Taste refrigerated, stale and old. The cheesecake was horrible and also tasted refrigerated.. super overpriced for the quality you are getting.

Ordered through uber eats. Got there during my slated pick up and wasn’t even started. Had to wait 45 minutes. No apology or urgency. Ordered a 6” cake with decoration. It was frozen and did not have the message I asked to be included. Basically, don’t order here through uber eats.

It is a very small space to occupy in the Venetian that stays crowed. I like my space, but I was enticed by the desserts on display. The tiramasu was moist and good.

Wife wanted to try the cake as she enjoyed the show. We got 4 slices to go. All were dry and flavor was lacking. For a guy who is supposedly a Boss of cake, his staff can’t bake one. We tossed them in the trash after 1 bite each. Don’t waste your time or money.
