Carlos 'n Charlie's Restaurant Las Vegas

The food was very good; we had Margaritas that were delicious and the service couldn't have been better. We had a great time just talking and reminiscing about the past; had a lot of catch up to do. We sat for several hours, actually, and felt very comfortable; had a wonderful time.

This was the first casual Mexican restaurant we have had to pay a little under $10.00 for a small lunch bag size of chips and salsa. We had 15 people; we ordered 2 which wasn't enough for the table, but not worth the cost. The margaritas were excellent, appetizer portions very small, dinner plates were average, food was ok. Our waitress was wonderful. She easily handled our large group. I don't think I would return for dinner. Maybe a margarita at the bar?

Great good, great service. The entrees , appetizers and dessert were absolutely delicious!! If you want to spend 25.00 on an amazing entree eat here and skip the 30.00 burger at Gordon Ramsey. Much better food and eating on the patio was great!!

We had a pre-wedding party of 20 guests. Food and service was very good. They allow outside wine with a $20 corkage, which seems the going rate, unfortunately we had to drink our pricey wine out of plastic bar cups 😬. The server accommodated separate checks which was an added bonus!!

Had a great meal. The food was well prepared and very tasty. The service was fantastic. Throughly enjoyable!

My favourite bar in Vegas. Great atmosphere, friendly staff and the best happy hour around. Food is always really good. We'll be back :)

The host was friendly and was the reason we went inside. He guaranteed that we would get the Happy Hour special even though we walked in with 3 minutes to spare. They have different size margaritas. I got a large one. It was huge! And I was able to walk out with it so now I have a souvenir maragrita glass!

Ate there twice this weekend. First time excellent food and service. Went back again on 3rd day and our server was rude, and never came to table but once. Food was still good. Then when we got the bill our server already put himself the tip on the bill of 25.00! I always tip well but it should be my choice how much I leave. Very irritating!

Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, fast great service. Came in for happy hour (2 for 1 margaritas), stayed for the vibe and to watch Sunday night football. Staying at the flamingo makes it so convenient but we’d happily visit even if not. Fun patio with heater and a smoking and non smoking section. Table made guac so good, perfect happy hour spot before a night out. 100% recommend.

Convenient inside Flamingo while waiting for our room with a place for our luggage. Charlie's Tacos & Shrimp Tacos were both delicious. The rice & beans I cold take or leave, actually left the rice. Service on a Sunday afternoon was good. Not a very good beer selection.

Me and my friends stop before a show and wow! Food was amazing! The nachos are giant!!! I got the grill chicken sandwich and it was delicious! Chicken perfectly cooked and good flavor! And the sauce that comes with the fries, lord, I dont know what’s in it but is so delicious! Jessica, our server did an excellent job! She is super nice! Thanks for the sandwich recommendation! 🫶🏻 y’all come try this place!
