Carlos 'n Charlie's Restaurant Las Vegas

Great restaurant! Definitely order the guacamole! They make it fresh at your table! Our waiter, Kyle, was great, personable and attentive. Food was so authentic! Outdoor patio is fun and great setting by the flamingo habitat. Worth checking out!

Carlos' n Charlie's Las Vegas is just amazing. It's a hidden paradise inside of the Flamingo. We enjoyed the outdoor patio bar where Rob and Gabby were so attentive and sweet. The food was perfect! Thank you. Can't wait to come back.

Had supper on our last evening on the strip and it was fabulous. Definitely good value for the food

Great place for a large group of friends. Highly recommend family style for drinks and food. Saves a lot of money to share.

The Vegas bowl was awful. Steamed mushy vegetables, no sauce, tasted very bland and over priced. I would not recommend this place.

Terrible service, do not waste your time. The place was 1/2 full and waited 20 minutes without acknowledgment from anyone so we left hungry.

Food was great as well as the service. Was during Monday Night Football so the audio level was a bit excessive. Im sure most other times wouldn't be as loud, so I see it as a one off situation and not the norm.

If you haven’t taken advantage of this amazing spot you’re missing out. Amazing service, great food at great prices. And who can beat 2 for one happy hour from 2 pm to six.

The noise level was so loud that it was difficult to even talk to the person next to you. We had a reservation and our table for 5 was adjacent to another table blocking entrance/exit/wait staff paths. A member of our party was constantly bumped and asked to move. The wait staff and food was good.

We've eaten at Carlos and Charlie's a few times now. Every meal has been delicious and service outstanding.

I cant believe there closing i always come an eat here every time im in vegas i would like to thank all the servers an bartenders an cooks for making delicious food its gonna suck not seeing u guy’s anymore

Juan was very informative and polite. He only stopped by the table about 4 times, but everytime he informed us of something to do for excitement. Definitely asking to sit in his area again. Food was an 8 out of 10. Huge portions that you better be careful buying or you will need a doggy bag. Overall, nice experience.
