Carlos 'n Charlie's Restaurant Las Vegas

We had our dinner here after getting married with a group. Service was great and we had a blast!

The service was very good. The food was mixed. Certainly not bad, but not as good as it has been in the past. Ambience is pretty good, lots of TV's and a good patio outside.

My hubby and I are local and celebrated our Wedding Anniversary in Cromwell... We always struggle with food around But once we found this place ... we were hooked! 3 night stay.. and we ate here 3 times!! We had wet burritos for the first time.. tried the quesadilla and loved the breakfast burrito!!! I Loved the outdoor comfy dining.. colorful spot.. Friendly atmosphere...large menu... I am disappointed there isn't a local location 😆 I think we will be back for date nights! Fast service and to ice the cake, free photos and options for buying them at a low cost. 5 Plus Starts!!!

Restaurant was ok; food was above average and the service was good. The only drawback is that it is located in the Flamingo Hotel which is a piece of crap hotel. I think they need to blow this place up and build a newer more modern hotel. It's terrible. I would not stay there for free

We had a large party of 20, and were accommodated with excellent service. We made several last minute requests, and they were addressed quickly and graciously. The service, food and atmosphere were great and perfect for a low key gathering.

It was a very average experience overall. The service was great, they had a 2 for 1 happy hour, but the food was just okay. I hade the Charlie's wet burrito and my wife had a shrimp quesadilla. Decent for a quick in and out. The nachos looked better and I would try those next time.

We met friends from another hotel and enjoyed a pkeasant dinner. Everyone enjoyed their food and there was no problem when we made special requests.

Went to get some cocktails before the pool party. They had half off mimosas which was a fun way to start the day and service was quick!

Cinco de Mayo at C & C's was super fun. Jammin and great vibe. Food was very good and service was great.

Made reservations for Cinco de Mayo. Once seated, we were not acknowledged by any staff for 10 minutes. Nobody came to take a drink order and nobody came to our table. We left and went to a different Mexican restaurant where we were promptly served and enjoyed a wonderful meal. Ironically, our server mentioned that she worked in this restaurant years ago, but left to work where we ended up at. I can see why. It's been quite a while since I have received service that was this bad.

We set stayed at Flamingo and ate here 4 out of the 5 days we were in town. They offer a decent breakfast for an affordable price. We came for lunch one day and stayed for happy hour. Inside seating is fine. Outside is much more appealing and our server outside was fantastic. He was attentive and super friendly, I wish I remembered his name! The table side guac was a nice touch. They put red sauce on most of this dishes and I wish it had more flavour but I leaned to put it on the side and it was much better when you added hot sauce. The option to eat breakfast outside was fantastic. Overall, we were happy to dine at Carlos and Charlie's.

The food was delicious. Our waiter was very friendly and efficient. Overall, a great dining experience.

The food was very good; we had Margaritas that were delicious and the service couldn't have been better. We had a great time just talking and reminiscing about the past; had a lot of catch up to do. We sat for several hours, actually, and felt very comfortable; had a wonderful time.

Great breakfast at Carlos & Charlie's as usual. Fausto (Max) is always friendly and welcoming, nothing is ever too much trouble.

This was the first casual Mexican restaurant we have had to pay a little under $10.00 for a small lunch bag size of chips and salsa. We had 15 people; we ordered 2 which wasn't enough for the table, but not worth the cost. The margaritas were excellent, appetizer portions very small, dinner plates were average, food was ok. Our waitress was wonderful. She easily handled our large group. I don't think I would return for dinner. Maybe a margarita at the bar?
