Good, fast and plenty!!! But special shout out to the resident ballon artist making NSFW balloon hats. Top tier!!! Will definitely be back.
We celebrated my father's 90th birthday at Carlos & Charlie's, and it couldn't have been more perfect. Luis and the entire staff went above and beyond — from the delicious cake to coming out together to sing and create such a joyful, memorable moment. The service, atmosphere, and genuine care made it an unforgettable experience for our whole family. Highly recommend!
We were in Vegas for a joint bachelor/bachelorette party. The night we came to Carlos'n Charlie's was the night we split, and the bachelorette party of 11 had a great time. Everyone raved about their meal. The balloon artist and "shot" guy added to the already fun atmosphere. They were running a happy hour BOGO but brought both (LARGE) drinks out at the same time, so the second got warm before most of us got halfway through. We came back later with the other half of the group for the Latin Night dance party! We will definitely make it a point to go back whenever in Vegas. Our only other note: The outdoor (only?) restrooms could have been cleaner.
Great margaritas for the buck! Fish tacos were outstanding! Could have shared with friend, there was so much food!
Food was bland and quality of a marinated sponge. Waitress was the most dismissive and inattentive I have ever had. Paid $106 for crap food.
Everything was just good. Not great, but good. The table side guacamole was overpriced and not very good at all, but the quesadilla was good, and their drinks and salsa were good. Service was good as well.
Food was good. Environment was great. The server was just ok, he did not have a great personality and when we asked for extra napkins he brought it but didn't look very happy that we asked for anything.
We had our dinner here after getting married with a group. Service was great and we had a blast!
The service was very good. The food was mixed. Certainly not bad, but not as good as it has been in the past. Ambience is pretty good, lots of TV's and a good patio outside.
My hubby and I are local and celebrated our Wedding Anniversary in Cromwell... We always struggle with food around But once we found this place ... we were hooked! 3 night stay.. and we ate here 3 times!! We had wet burritos for the first time.. tried the quesadilla and loved the breakfast burrito!!! I Loved the outdoor comfy dining.. colorful spot.. Friendly atmosphere...large menu... I am disappointed there isn't a local location 😆 I think we will be back for date nights! Fast service and to ice the cake, free photos and options for buying them at a low cost. 5 Plus Starts!!!

Restaurant was ok; food was above average and the service was good. The only drawback is that it is located in the Flamingo Hotel which is a piece of crap hotel. I think they need to blow this place up and build a newer more modern hotel. It's terrible. I would not stay there for free
We had a large party of 20, and were accommodated with excellent service. We made several last minute requests, and they were addressed quickly and graciously. The service, food and atmosphere were great and perfect for a low key gathering.
It was a very average experience overall. The service was great, they had a 2 for 1 happy hour, but the food was just okay. I hade the Charlie's wet burrito and my wife had a shrimp quesadilla. Decent for a quick in and out. The nachos looked better and I would try those next time.
We met friends from another hotel and enjoyed a pkeasant dinner. Everyone enjoyed their food and there was no problem when we made special requests.
Went to get some cocktails before the pool party. They had half off mimosas which was a fun way to start the day and service was quick!
