Literally every single time I pull up their "SYSTEM IS DOWN". But they are smoking weed and hanging out in the parking lot. Completely ridiculous and its mostly careless teenagers working the nights (when most people are getting off work)

Estephany G has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. I placed my order, and I received it incorrectly, I asked for it to be fixed or refund my money. Refunds are not allowed. I was told by Estephany that the 25 minutes that I waited for my burger to be corrected, I should've eaten my fries because they will not be replaced. The conversation alone made me frustrated that someone hired her with her attitude. Customer service is not a priority for her. I will not be returning to this establishment. This was not the service that I am accustomed to.

I always come to this Carl's Jr. Since it close to my house and many times they always make me park to wait for my order to be ready it bothers me but I have never complain however tonight is different I went and got a combo for a 5 piece tenders combo once I got home and I saw the fries I got really upset because they gave me such a small portion that I won't be coming back to this restaurant again. This particular store just lost a regular customer.

Juana V helped me in the drive thru, she deserves 5 stars! I experienced AWESOME customer service! She spoke clearly at the menu and got my custom order correct. Order was fresh and tasted great.

Stopped in last week and ordered santa fe chicken sandwich, usually at other Carl's Jr'sits thrown together and over cooked ....this was perfect..the staff was extremely nice and helpful....
Ordered in drive-through, then waited 9 minutes behind a car that was already at the window when I pulled into the parking lot. Luckily there was no one behind me so I was able to back out. Second time I have been to this location and had very slow service. Would not go back.

Seriously, $30 plus for 2 combo meals doesn't float my boat nor is it good value to me. Live & learn. A grilled cheese at home would've cut the cheese but I wasn't near home so I digress. Sorry Carl, it's not you, it's me. Next time, I'll give your $5.99 combo meal a try. I've a feeling it'll be more satisfying than my $15 meal that left me...well... unsatisfied. I'm not breaking up with you but I'll definitely use much more discretion in the future. I love you mean it. bye. Facts ain't defamation.
