Couldn't get food because I can't see the menu inside or in the drive thru. May as well not even have one, I've had LASIK surgery and it's just like reading legal print. I'm not going to stand and ask, "how much is that?" 15 times because you can print something legible.

Service is extremely slow. We waited for at least 10 minutes for 2 western bacon cheeseburgers. They wanted to charge us extra for mayo which is absolutely ridiculous. Then when we get the burgers, one is fresh and the other is not. The attitude of the young man at the window left something to be desired.

I would say this location has the worst possible customer service ever. The manager was one of my main concerns besides some of the front workers being disgustingly rude. I’ve been coming to this location for a while now and one of the many disturbing things I noticed was that he mostly only has teenage girls working for him! That’s all I’ve seen besides 2 or 3 guys! How sick minded is he!!! When I used to go in the morning before work I would see him hiding with his employees and he would be so touchy with them!! That’s is unacceptable behavior coming from a 55 year old man to his young teenage workers!!

Food is always fresh so if you’re going complain about the wait go to McDonald’s where they have you wait for cold food..Employees always have such a great attitudes… This location and the one on Bonanza and Nellis are definitely worth the trip…
