These reviews would have saved me some trouble if I had read them ahead of time. This is like one of those places where the wait staff is mean to you as a kind of "gag" but it's not at all fun. If you aren't planning on actually eating the food you order and just want to watch the most dysfunctional restaurant of all time yell at people, come by. Otherwise, avoid it at all cost.

Terrible treatment from the cashier. A tall, burly man who treats customers poorly. He doesn't have the slightest bit of tactics when treating diners. Their customer service is terrible. If you are Latino, expect xenophobia for sure.

I would say this is the worst fast food burger I ever ate.
Worst fast food I have ever had. Waited almost 20 minutes and the burger barely warmer than the letucce. The onion rings were cold and hard to even bite through. The fries were cold and stale and the service was horrible. No one there seemed happy with their food or service!

The food was what’s to be expected from a fast food joint. However, my so called “server” Angelina is my best guess as to her name due to the lack of completed print on my receipt, didn’t give me my total and rudely told me the card reader was ready to take my payment and practically threw my receipt at me. I myself work in customer service and deal with people who could care less about my day all the time. Just a word of unsolicited advice to the girl who was working the register on 12/17/2024 at 11:30 PM
If you don’t like your job maybe go get a better one where you’re capable of being nice to people, OR do what the rest of us customer service workers do and put in an act like you’re actually pleased to be at your place of employment.

We grabbed it before we left to fly the only thing weird was that. It cost me $0.70 to upgrade to small waffle fries and it cost my wife 50 cents to upgrade to medium waffle fries so watch out for what they're doing at the register

The hamburger test it's good , they understaff so the place looks dirty and the service it's slow for a fast food chain . The chair and tables are disorganized, I eat there because I cannot figure out where was the burguer king located , that later notice it's like 400 meter away in the other direction , but Google maps have wrongly located like in the middle of the terminal ..passing the takeoff 🛫 ramps .
Dietary restrictions: I don't notice any salad and assume that must be available.
Parking: Inside international airport in front gates E4 / E5 , so you need to have a boarding pass , a valid ticket and pass TSA for eat there.
Kid-friendliness: Yes , the got kids menu . (Chicken stars)
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it's the same level .
