Went through the drive thru around 12:30am spent $25 on two meals. We live 2 mins away from this Carls Jr. when we got home both meat patty was very very cold so we had to heat them up just to eat it and the sodas were really flat. I had zucchini for my meal and it was old and disgusting. I usually don’t write reviews but the meat patties were very cold and zucchini gave me a stomach ache. I didn’t go back because we were out late and very tired from going out. Please do better people work hard for their money.

On 11/17/2023 I had ordered breakfast on the Carl's Jr. app. When I went to the window to get my order she stated she did not see my order and that I needed to wait until the time (it said 8:35 AM pick up it was 8:32AM.) I left the drive thru and came back. She said she still did not see the order and that her manager was not answering and she wouldn't let me have the order. She gave me her managers number and I called and she didn't answer. After about 10 minutes I canceled the order because I had to get to work. The manager called me and basically said it was my fault for canceling the order. I explained to her that her employee refused to help me even with the confirmation number before I canceled the order. She assured me since they never got the order I would not be charged because they "didn't make any money". I was charged and they took my reward stars that I used and I have been trying to EMAIL and CALL corporate since to get my money and stars back. I have not received any type of communication back from Carls Jr. If you try and call they tell you to fill out some form and I finally had to call my bank and dispute the charges on my account. All of this for under $10 dollars is absolutely ridiculous. This Carls Jr. is in the same parking lot as my job but I guess I will be making the extra trip across the street.

I stopped here yesterday on the way home and decided to go in to get my order instead of just using the drive thru . I haven't been inside this location for years and rarely go here , usually West Tropicana and Rainbow . I ordered on the app since they had a double cheeseburger special for 82 years of 82 cent double cheeseburger . I ordered it and some burgers for my son and daughter in law , onion rings , and a lemonade . The inside was HOT , I mean really HOT and to my surprise there was people eating in the lobby ! I know it is July in Las Vegas , but this was unacceptable . I felt bad for the employees too . I remember it was like this at the old location on Spring Mt and Decatur that closed a few years ago too . They were steady with business and the line moved pretty good . They were also training a new guy . The lemonade they just poured from a Minute Maid container like from the grocery store . My burger and onion rings were cooked just right , no complaints on the food .I grew up in the Carolinas with Hardee's as a kid , so I still like to come here for a burger every so often , but they are a little more pricey as most everything these days . My favorite is the Original Thickburger which if you remember was once called the Six Dollar Burger and it costed like $4 at the time . It is now like $8.00 . I like the crisscut fries also . I still go to Hardee's when I visit the Carolinas since they have a huge selection for Breakfast . My favorites are the County Fried Steak Biscuit and the Country Ham and Egg Biscuit which Carl's Jr doesn't sell either one . I will continue to go to the West Tropicana and Rainbow location since it is closer to my house . I just stopped here on the way home coming off the 95 .
