The young girl who took our order was very pleasant. Ordered 2 Bacon Western Cheese Burger and 2 medium waffle fries , a little under $5 each. What a joke with the fries. There were maybe 7 fries in my medium fry orders! No wonder other locations have closed. I used to avoid this particular location like the plague!

In drive thru...Ordered western bacon cheeseburger combo along with another single sandwich off of a coupon for free..... And on both sandwiches , THE BACON STRIPS WERE SPLIT DOWN THE MIDDLE LENGTHWISE....like shoe laces....unbelievable....like a quarter inch wide.....on both sandwiches....so would add up to one strip per sandwich. ...Called the store and asked for the manager....Maria supposedly came to the phone and I explained the situation and told her she should be ashamed......then she hung up......crickets??????? Top quality staff. Guess she has to bring the bacon from home? AND FOR 15 DOLLARS WITH A COUPON....NEVER AGAIN....WHAT A JOKE. THANKS, CUSTOMER NO MORE

Came here for dinner and sat in the drive thru for a few minutes while the restaurant was open, no one ever came to the speaker. Drove up to the window and couldn't see anyone in the kitchen. Only staff member we saw was mopping around the tables after we were leaving the drive thru. Store hours state until 10pm and we were there before 9. Not enough employees or they just were trying to close early. Disappointing.

Do Not Go Here! There is something seriously wrong with the soda, the food, and the people. This was my THIRD attempt to just get a cheeseburger from this place with a Dr Pepper and they cannot get the order right. The soda tastes...off. Like chemicals. Ordering a double cheeseburger with only ketchup and receiving 2 stale rock hard buns with 1 pathetic looking gray patty....yeah that's a joke right? I'm not laughing but the staff sure was when I came inside and complained. Then the woman walks from the back to hand me the burger and says something snarky to me in Spanish thinking I don't understand. Then they're all laughing and pointing at me while I'm in my car in the parking lot about to leave. The cook even came over to the door to laugh and wave at me. I didn't trust the food before, I definitely don't now. Beyond unprofessional, the food was disgusting and absolutely not worth $5 for THAT burger.
