Terrible experience. They forgot to put my order in. Once I asked for a partial refund for the drink only, young lady tried telling I would save money if I could just wait. I heard someone say that someone had cleared her order on the screen so that's why she assumed there were no more orders.

Well the area it's not the best one, you will need to keep an eye around your surroundings!!!!!Parking: It's plenty of parking but you need to keep an eye on your car, the area it's not the safest!!!!

The burgers were good, although the waitresses were a little messy, but friendly. The atmosphere is very strange and somewhat "alternative". The self-service drink machines did not work or were turned off, and the bathroom was locked, I suppose for security because there were somewhat "strange" people there...The place needs renovation because it looks old.

Very nice employees. I came through the drive thru and they were prepared to change my drink and gave me the sauces I needed for my fries. You can’t really blame them for the unhoused people that circulate downtown and the boulevard. It comes with the location of being in dysfunctional city that won’t help these unfortunate people. All in all, it was good experience and the beyond burger was very good here compared to other Carl’s Jr.’s that I’ve been to in the past.
