The prices are high, if you don't have a coupon or their App. Food was average, but I really like their western bacon cheeseburger. The BBQ sauce is good.I would eat there more, but somehow Carl's food doesn't agree with my wife's stomach at all, and again, the price.

So I went through the drive thru for my food and I asked they could do a split payment between two cards. The cashier guy looks at me and says "I don't know how to do that"...Then how are you working the window??He couldnt ask someone for help?That's wild I'm not coming back to this locationAnd if the food is as bad as the service I might be in trouble ?

The drive thru is so convenient when you have two hungry and impatient toddlers. The tatter tots are always nice and crunchy. I tested the new chicken wrap with BBQ sauce. Not my favorite but I will try again with no sauce. I think it would be a great snack.

I ordered three western bacon cheeseburgers for my family and I which I added extra onion to. When I looked at them at home not only was there no raw onion, but they didn't even add the onion rings that come with it. Furthermore when I attempted to call to see if something could be done it was left to ring until someone decided to pick up and immediately end the call.

I ordered a Steak and egg breakfast burrito. I made it all the way to work which is 30 minutes away to realize there is not only steak but sausage and bacon which is pork which I’m allergic to ? and became nauseous just with the smell alone.I immediately called the establishment and spoke with Simon who assured me that my order would be replaced. The next day I go inside the establishment and was greeted by the same woman who took and messed up my order the previous day and after I explained the situation she immediately became RUDE and told me I was supposed to come back the same day with the burrito in order to get the item replaced. Clearly she has no common sense because why would I keep something I’m allergic to? She stated her Manager is Mexico and I have to wait until she returns to speak with them. I left out and will be disputing this with the bank.

Honestly, at night time at the drive thru be sure to have dopey the cashier read back your orders to make sure he comprehended basic English. I asked for a #12 Large with no Tomato and a Sprite.Out of the order he said he thought I only wanted the sandwich. Oh, and after he took the payment, he sat in a corner doing nothing and came back to the window to give me the total for the car behind me without giving me any of my order.Remember Kids, just say no to drugs.
