Usually have a good experience here, but I'm rating because of my latest visit. Arrived at 5AM for breakfast, only for the guy at the drive-thru to feed me some line about not serving breakfast until 6. I've had breakfast earlier than 5 multiple times, so I'm sensing a lie. Seriously considering never returning for breakfast.

Great famous burger. Went thru drive thru hamburger was good fries were hot.🔥 And that's a deal breaker. If the food is not hot, forget it! But it was delicious Carl's Jr. Thank you to the drive-thru lady and the other employees for making the food and it being hot and fresh. Will go to the one on Tropicana in Las Vegas, NV.

As of this date this Carl's jr. Has some serious issues. There's only 4 people inside and maybe 2 cars in the drive through. Already 1 family said they had been waiting 15+ minutes. I ordered a kids meal which came to 11 dollars, which is insane. I hand the lady a 10 and a 5 dollar bill. She gives me back no change. So I asked her where my change was and she said she had to recount her drawer... I guess she assumed I gave her exact change without looking at the bills. So yeah some serious problems here. Maybe bad management plus incompetent workers. I'd avoid this place for now.

Ordered 3 combos off the app. Got to the drive thru window and was only handed 2 drinks. When I told them I was missing a drink they said no I wasn’t. I proceeded to show them the app with the order and how each meal had a drink selected. I was told I didn’t pay for it. Plain and simple I just won’t be back.
