not very bright owners, which explains the empty dining room and drive through. i had a lapse in phone service, and they had no way for me to use their own app. i had to Go To Burger King a Block Away for the net connection so i could use my carl's app benefits. while i was at The BK Lounge, where there was 300% more people eating there, i remembered how much i loved their Whoppers, and ate there instead. the convenience was exceptional.
you people have nine-dollar burgers and you still can't cut it with internet costs? get with the century.
it's a shame because the team members are the friendliest of just about all the other carl's locations. all that hard work, only for the owners to blow it.

This location is the best Carls Jr in my experience. They actually care about you as a customer and they have an employee named Paula there and she so nice and friendly always with a smile and positive attitude when I come here and she’s here. If you want a burger and you craving Carls Jr I highly recommend you coming to this one. They take care of you. And the customer service experience is amazing. Especially for the amount you pay for your food you want it to be right and here you get good service and the food is delicious.
