Went to Carl's Jr at 4606 E Tropicana last night. Tried to you my gift card to pay for the meal, the card was declined. I checked the balance and there was plenty to cover the order. I called the card service department and they had no clue how to help. Now I am out another $29 of my cash. That was for two combo meals, pretty much the most expensive fast food in town. I'm feeling ripped off and want a refund of the remaining balance on my gift card. I really don't want to continue...read full review

This Carl’s Jr. branch offers decent service with a stingy sauce policy that customers may find frustrating. The team excels in providing excellent service and delicious food at this location on Tropicana & Mountain Vista. Customers can expect to be greeted with beautiful smiles and courtesy during their visit. Kalea is a great worker, and the service was great. The dining room was clean, and the bathrooms smelt nice and were stocked on everything. They currently offer a Zucchini patty replacement for burgers, and you can order without a bun. Maria, the general manager, made the experience comfortable and easy.
