Probably I'm not rating correct location (I was close to The Strat), still food should be the same... :) Was my first time in this chain. Burger was good, better than competition, but still fast food. I've tried hot one with halapeno poppers.

it's possible I just got lucky but I had some of the best french fries I've ever had. they were fresh and not greasy I haven't had fries like that anywhere else. but they might have just made them when I arrived and I just got lucky I'm not sure.

Recently when in drive there drinks are always water down… asked the cashier if he can please check the syrup he just said it’s full without even knowing what I was talking about ….. I work in fast food too and I always make sure my customers come back and get the best customer service. This location has a really bad attitude and service!

I frequently drive through this restaurant to grab a quick lunch. I always receive the most amazing customer service from the workers. Most recently, Benita has been there at the window. She is always very nice and friendly. The food is always good and always fresh. I have never left unhappy.
It’s been awhile since I’ve been to a Carl’s, but I stopped for lunch today, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quick drive thru time, hot, fresh, and delicious food, and especially the great and friendly service of Bonita!

I have a milk allergy and the staff was very helpful, answered questions about ingredient information, and went to the back to check and make sure they had dairy free buns. I really appreciated it and got to eat a burger with potato buns and no cheese. The two people that helped me were really nice and didn't mind my questions :)
Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free potato buns but you have to ask for it.
Wheelchair accessibility: The doors are not too heavy and I didn't use the bathroom but they had an accessibility sign up.
