This one is a mile and a half from my house, so I come here every week or two for the $3 single western cheeseburger, and sometimes for something different. There’s nothing that really stands out about this location. It’s just a typical Carl’s.

I think Carl Junior is an excellent burger joint, but this place is a failure in customer service. The guy who was serving at the counter was lost. He couldn't charge a gift card and he was the only one at the register. There was no one. They made me wait for about 15 minutes, and I had to leave because they didn't serve me. It's shameful that there is only one cashier for the drive-thru and for the cashier register Boy I think it wasn't the boy's fault but the manager's who doesn't have people working.

Yesterday i drop by the outlet and pleased with the well mannered service provided by the staff. He took the initiative to serve the food himself to all the customers as well. Very good service from him. As for the burger, It has the best chicken burger compared with other fast food franchise and it was made fresh. The burgers were hot, juicy and flavourful. Will revisit again

Pay better attention when on the microphone for the drive-thru. I stated my order completely, waited easily a full minute for a response, then said “hello?”, waited again, and then finally Alejandrina A. responded by asking if I had any questions. Frustrated, I repeated my order exactly as I said previously. She then replied with, “Will that be all?” Nothing else - no apologies, no explanation. Just obvious stupidity and lack of customer service.
