I wouldn't recommend this particular Carl's Jr if you want to receive your order under 20 minutes. I made my order for 2 California double cheeseburger meals to Dine In at 12:03 pm. It took over 20 minutes to receive my order and it was made to go. Before that 3 ladies who ordered from the drive-thru came inside to complain about their fries being overcooked. I did like the eating area and it was clean.

I've always had a soft spot for Carl's Jr., and their recent free WBC day campaign was marketing genius.For an international franchised fast food burger restaurant, this one tops the list, hands down. This particular one had a great staff that were all courteous and friendly and helpful. The manager helped us out with a problem we had with the Carl's app on my wife's phone. Honestly, they just went above and beyond to help the customers. Another customer (after us in line) was a regular, and as soon as he walked in, someone asked if it was his regular order and he said it was and they just got to work on it. For a fast food restaurant to treat their regulars like that is also just really great.The only reason I marked them down at all is that the restroom cleanliness could have been a little better.
I really had a good experience for Carl’s Jr. The service was amazing, but they were super nice. The food was warm and hot. I really enjoyed it here, but I will love coming back to this place. Everything was clean I really like this place.
