Carousel Bar at Plaza Hotel is an AMAZING spot for drinks and people-watching. The bartenders, including Luis and Victor, make it a fun experience. They serve really great drinks, some of the best on Fremont, and offer excellent service. Stacie and John are incredibly friendly and make personalized cocktails. You can even eat fake money here. A must-visit for a unique and enjoyable experience in Vegas!
