Been twice and not been able to get the signature cocktails as didn’t have the ingredients.
The barman also struggled with basic English.
Maria at the Carousel bar is clearly very unhappy with her job. We ordered several drinks, one of which was a vodka soda that tasted like it had jalapeño in it. We asked if she could re-make that drink before we paid, and she attempted to snatch the credit card out of our hands before she fixed the problem. She then proceeded to call us rude and refuse service, all because we didn't like her drink. Customer service is subpar. Why are you so mad, Maria?
Great service and very fun vibes! The location at the end of Fremont street is great for a night out.

Carousel Bar at Plaza Hotel is an AMAZING spot for drinks and people-watching. The bartenders, including Luis and David, make it a fun experience. They serve really great drinks, some of the best on Fremont, and offer excellent service. Guests have enjoyed the reasonable prices, especially for drinks like a 32-ounce draft beer. The bar is roomy with lots of seats, and there is video gaming at many of the seats. It is a great place for nightcaps after a day exploring Fremont Street, which is just a crosswalk away. The vibes are very cute, making it a great photo spot, and the atmosphere is more chill compared to the high-energy vibe of Vegas. Guests can enjoy adult capri suns and even some gambling right at the bar. It's a must-visit for a unique and enjoyable experience in Vegas!
