Came in on a hot day off of Fremont Street. I have lots of food allergies so our server took the menu away and marked it up with what I could have and could not. They were very careful about cross contamination and full disclosure about all of the food
The meal was AMAZING!
It is a busy place and a little loud, but the vibe is positive and fun! Definitely worth a visit.

On a visit to Vegas, while spending a day on Fremont Street, we stopped for lunch at Carson Kitchen, based on reviews we saw online on sites which verify the authenticity of reviews. It was better than expected! We chose three dishes to share. The quality and taste was very good. Highly recommended!

Do yourself a favor and go there immediately. We sat a the bar for a little early afternoon snack and drink, and were mind blown. Stephen at the bar clearly enjoys his craft, and the 3 drinks we had (Maple Old Fashioned, Amaretto Sour - with egg whites! And the espresso martini - with house made Mexican mole sauce and house made cream with cinammon) were absolutely delicious. We also shared the deviled eggs and the pork belly, closing it up with the Brownie fudge dessert with bourbon candied bacon ice cream. All in all, a small feast of flavors which we will remember for a while. Cannot wait to be back and try more items!

One of my favorite meals while in Las Vegas, highly recommend the brussel salad and the tacos!

Water came late and was warm, food was way too salty, and the wine list was disappointing - the Riesling listed (Goldtröpfchen, Mosel) came without any style or vintage information, and tasted like a basic mass-market bottle. Other wines on the list lacked similar clarity.

The place is quite enough to have a conversation, but attention to wine transparency, food balance, and basic service touches would make a big difference.

Ahh yes and im back. Not to this establishment, it's my first time! Talk about yum and enough to go around! What did we get: chicken skin, killer shrimp, Mac n cheese, tempura green beans, ox tail risotto, pork belly. Now that im thinking about it thats a lot. Oh yeah, and the hot dog burnt ends. Can you say big back 😂😂😂😂 AND the pot belly roast. Everyone is stuffed. But it was deeelish. Next time, how about some ice in the water??
