On a visit to Vegas, while spending a day on Fremont Street, we stopped for lunch at Carson Kitchen, based on reviews we saw online on sites which verify the authenticity of reviews. It was better than expected! We chose three dishes to share. The quality and taste was very good. Highly recommended!
Do yourself a favor and go there immediately. We sat a the bar for a little early afternoon snack and drink, and were mind blown. Stephen at the bar clearly enjoys his craft, and the 3 drinks we had (Maple Old Fashioned, Amaretto Sour - with egg whites! And the espresso martini - with house made Mexican mole sauce and house made cream with cinammon) were absolutely delicious.
