The service was great. Employees were nice. The food was okay. I think it's better when you dine in, though.

Service left a little to be desired. On a "every thing ok" stop, I ordered extra salsa, was told it was an extra 1.99, I said fine. Never say the server again, nor my salsa. Had to get up to ask for my bill. Been going there for 40 years. Food quality has degraded price is up. My be my last visit.

It's too pricey for the amount of food they service. They charge $3. for habanero chile in a small little plastic cup size of a shot glass. My wife and I were very disappointed. We used to love eating here. We were so disappointed . Time to, go somewhere else !!!

Guacamole wasn't fully mashed and had a huge chunk, Cadillac margaritas were average with very little ice, quality of food has decreased at this location, expensive for the lack of quality. Won't be back to this location.

We traveled into Vegas and Casa Don Juan was recommended. We made our way excited to experience it. We were seated and quickly informed that our party of 4 would be charged a service fee of 18% as we had not even ordered anything. Then as they brought out the chips, beans and salsa for complimentary-we asked for a second salsa yet they also shockingly informed us there would be a charge for 2nd salsa bowl. We remained hesitate to order dinner but continued forward and it seemed that the up charges just kept piling on. Needless to say this was TRULY a VERY disappointing experience. Therefore when eating here be aware of up-charges and unsatisfactory of food quality. The food was blend and lack of flavor. The alcoholic beverages were not appealing either.

Felt like eating Mexican food but was disappointed ! Our group was 4 people & Party of four requires an 18 % service fee. So we placed order but asked for guacamole to the tacos and was informed it will be an extra $9. Also we asked for an extra salsa for the chips and that will be an up charge. Disappointed in the food, service was good. No thank you, I will avoid this restaurant, not recommended.

Chilaquiles were salty and the owner isn't a great person to talk about it with. After some discussion a comp wasn't offered and a resolution of "calling the cops" was on the table. Bad service, bad food.

Our first time here, very underwhelming. Overpriced, cafeteria Mexican. We ended up with a $120 bill for everything pictured. Very disappointing. Took forever to get our check.

I haven't been going for about 3 years, but we won't go again... the service is good, very attentive, but the food is super horrible, starting with the fact that they don't bring you the chips from the beginning, until you order, as if I'm going out Running with the chips in hand without paying, the chip sauce was super watery, tasteless, we ordered a chori-cheese, the worst in my life, I had never seen it with cheap yellow cheese, that is not authentic at all, we ordered too some fajitas and obviously more vegetables than meat, with 2 miserable tortillas and you order more and for 2 tortillas more 3.50, if the food had good seasoning it would be fine, the gringos are happy with this junk food, but I prefer to cook than eat again this...

Strongly recommended! As a Mexican living abroad, I was delighted to find a place that felt so authentic and welcoming! The staff is really nice (all of them are bilingual and speak Spanish fluently), our waitress Jessica was amazing, and the food was delicious!I love chile relleno, it's my favorite dish, and I was really surprised by how good it was! I had initially been a bit disappointed by how little sauce they put in, but I was happily surprised by the chile itself. It was delicious even without the sauce (even though, I ended up having tyem with a bit of extra sauce -which I had already ordered-, which just made them even better)Really recommend this place!

Food is authentic and delicious without being too hot (if that worries you). I had the pollo con mole and my wife had chiles rellenos, both delicious. Mexican beer is cheap and margaritas where well served, the place has a great vibe and we had a good time. Waitress was very nice. Food took a little long to come out but it was peak hour so it's understandable.
