I’ve been to this restaurant, many times, both in Summerlin and downtown Las Vegas, and I’ve always had a really good service. Today we had a bad waiter. He took 40 minutes to take our order, then took quite a while to bring us the food, which was no more than lukewarm when we got it. He was also rude to us and I’m not sure why, we were not rude to him even under the circumstances. We talked to the manager when we were ready to leave and he apologized, but it was very fake, we could tell he didn’t care at all that we had a bad experience.This was my friend’s birthday celebration so I felt really bad it went this way and no one cared. Will not be going back for a long time.

I had a great time at Casa Don Juan in Summerlin! The staff is incredible, attentive, fun, and helpful. The restaurant is very large and has a bar side as well booth seating. My chicken fajitas were delicious, my margarita was perfect. Portions were huge and prices were great. I highly recommend this location and will definitely return!

The food is so FRESH and absolutely delicious 😋 My go-to dish is the taco platter. One chicken, one beef, queso, guacamole, rice and beans. Fajitas are good too. Get the chocolate cake to go for later. Chips, salsa and bean dip are served to every table before dinner.. enjoy!

My friend and I went to this restaurant to have breakfast. I thought this was a good place to show how great Mexican food is, since he barely eats it. We ordered two plates of food. The food was acceptable at the time we ate it. A while after eating, I had an upset stomach. My friend had diarrhea. I will never return here.

Long wait time to place order and food was absolutely trash. I got the special cocktail and had absolutely no flavor at all. Tasted like canned tomatoes and shrimp did not taste fresh and was rubbery. The flautas looked like a 5 year old could of done a better job. Burritos don't even come with guacamole or avocado and comes with a $4 surcharges. Super over priced, extremely underwhelming. Will never come here again. Highly whitewashed. Only thing nice was music.

I ordered an enchilada dinner and they bring me two small shell tortilla enchiladas with small amount of rice and beans for over $20. They put too much salt in their food are WAYYYYY Overpriced. Go somewhere else
Typically I love this place, not today, maybe they were having an off day. The food was the same, tasty and plentiful, I’m not saying anything about the flavor of the food. The issue is hard to put into words… we weren’t welcome, plain and simple, we were absolutely not wanted there. We should have listened to our guts about this when first being sat and should have left. I have a general ‘ick’ about the whole situation and I don’t want to repeat it.
