Spend the happy birthday at this restaurant. Very flexible reservation, we changed ours on black Friday from 7pm to 9pm, right at the door, no problem. Eventhough they were full and busy. Started with ceso Fundido with chorizo on top, tasty and not at all greasy. Followed up with ceviche, just the right amount of spicy, the type that makes you want more. The drinks are great, the carnitas are great, the ambience is great, and the servers are great. I thought I made good carnitas at home, but they take a very traditional and purist approach and do such an amazing job cooking the pork skin that I feel left in the dust. This is definitely a place you should visit in Vegas.
Hands down one of the best Mexican restaurants I’ve ever eaten. The table side salsa service, skillet queso, delicious enchiladas, and high quality drinks made this place a 100/10. I loved it so much I went twice during my Vegas stay. Rob the bartender was incredible—great service and skills.
