You should make sure of the order and what it contains, because they hid some side items from me and when I asked them about them, they told me that they were no longer available, but after insisting, they appeared. I think they are playing around.

Empty resturant when we arrived. We had reservations, and the server tried to sit us at a two top, when there were booths available. No bread service until our meal was served. Very unsatisfactory. We will never go back there, and we are at the Venetian at least 4 times a year.

Best prices for a sit down while you are the Venetian or Palazzo guest!
All other restaurants were busy for brunch/ lunch on a Fri. And prices are way higher.
We were seated quickly and food arrived swiftly as well.
Great food and service!

My favourite Italian restaurant in Vegas. Very tasty food at good prices. The Pizza's are the best I've ever had. Staff have always been friendly and the host lady (young with dark hair) was very welcoming.

Fabian is quite the server. we sat down at 9:30AM. it was incredibly busy as well as there was no host to sit us down. This gentlemen was handling and I counted about 18 tables at once and continued to greet me and crack a joke all while taking care of each table while in the process. I mean he was breaking a sweat running back and fourth but my goodness that kid deserves a raise. I never was short on water/coffee. as soon as the food came out he asked me if i needed any hot sauce butter or jam like he wasn’t running the restaurant and he remained so happy and positive all throughout. Toward the end i asked for the check and tipped him 25$ and asked for a manager and he asked if he did something wrong? and I said no i wanted to compliment you to your boss. poor kid says there isn’t a manager there yet. I used to be a waitress and i couldn’t manage evens half of what i witness that morning. He looked like a professional server, manager host and food runner literally multitasking the whole restaurant at once. god bless you fabian hang in there!

Food was okay, dated facility without much attention to detail and ambience. The chandeliers were missing most of the lights, the side lights were only 1/3 lit making it hard to read to read the menu! They were out of forks and we had to request them inorder to eat our pasta!

So great to return to one of our favourite Italian eateries in Las Vegas. Our server, Freddie, was exemplary. So friendly and helpful, his attention to our every need made our dining experience at Casanova one of those dinners you talk about for years to come. Cocktails were generous, and there was an excellent wine list, as well. Our food selections from the shrimp cocktail and beef carpaccio to the spaghetti carbonara and lamb chops were all perfectly prepared and of the highest quality. Alas, we had to forgo dessert, but others around us were clearly enjoying their carrot cake. Although this restaurant is located adjacent to a food court, ask for a table away from the maelstrom, and you won't be disappointed. Our sincere appreciation for a delightful dinner, and we look forward to returning next year.

Except for the waitstaff who were terrific, this is an absolutely terrible restaurant. I honestly can't understand any of the favorable reviews and those who actually compared it favorably to food in Italy. We had the meatballs for a starter. They were very bland, but tolerable with the red sauce. We also had the chicken Parmesan, which was also bland and tasted like it was bad frozen chicken even with the cheese and sauce. It reminded me of high school cafeteria food. Lastly, we tried one of the pizzas. Again, not very tasty, but better than the other two dishes. Perhaps some of the favorable reviews are from people accustomed to bland diets. I am surprised this restaurant is still in business as it is one of the lowest quality meals of any cuisine we have had in recent memory. The other restaurants were booked at the hotel so we decided to give it a chance. There was a reason that it wasn't very busy. I feel bad for issuing such a harsh critique, but perhaps the feedback will help improve the cuisine quality.

Very close to the guest elevators along the canal. Great location, incredible food! Possibly the best Cioppino I have ever had.

Big parties at most of the tables which detracted from service (didn't get my appetizer) - was extremely noisy (thought I was at a soccer match) - waiter was very sorry - I think the foot was good and a very good value. Might try again for lunch on a less busy day.

Tried to have breakfast there. Around 9am… server was sitting down sleeping . The host was on her phone. When i asked if we can get seated they said they were closed. When the sign says it’s open from 8am to 11am. Why even have a host and servers there if they’re closed?

I was just here with my daughter and mother for a Mother's Day dinner, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The floors were sticky, indicating a lack of cleanliness. The food was cold and tasted stale. However, the most disturbing part of our visit was witnessing a waiter yelling slurs at another customer and getting in their face. We left right away. This behavior created a hostile and uncomfortable atmosphere. I do not recommend this restaurant due to its poor hygiene and unprofessional staff conduct. That boy should be terminated asap!

If you want a place where people yell at you and call you slurs in front of a group of people this is your place ! Absolutely will not be coming back to this place. We were having a family friendly dinner for my grandmas 86th bday and we heard a waitress projecting homophobic slurs towards a group of people. This place is not family friendly at all and I hope that waitress gets reprimanded for this.

I had an awful experience I was just in for a late dinner with my family of 4 with 2 children and one of your waiters was screaming at a customer and calling him homophobic names.will never return here. Food taste like it was made a week ago, drinks was okay but super expensive. Terrible time. Do not recommend
