They don’t follow the timings. They close sooner than their actual schedule.

Just a normal food court. Lines get really long during peak hours.Wheelchair accessibility: Tough to navigate with a walker or wheelchair when it's busy.

It's not cheap, lol, but it's convenient. Friendly folks working at the various markets.

On a Friday Night around 10:30pm everything was closed and the two places that were open (Popeyes & Fatburger) were out of Food! Absolutely Disappointing ?

Convenient in hotel. Over priced or out of product.

Half of the locations close around 10:00pm and the ones that stay open have food that is not fresh and has been sitting there. Schloysky’s, hot dog on a stick, Einstein Brow Bagels, Cinnabon and pick up sticks all closed well before closing time. Pick up stic at 10:30 only had firecracker chicken and bourbon chicken that tasted like it sat there for over an hour. If you plan on grabbing a late dinner avoid this location as it will not be a good experience

The employees at Popeyes’s Chicken on the night of 6/8/2021 were beyond unprofessional. They were fighting amongst each other, they kept the line waiting, growing, and without food for an unexplained, long amount of time. We will never return.

We've been to Krispy Kreme, Pizza Hut, and Big Chill. Our experience be at all 3 was fine. The lady who took our order at Krispy Kreme was so sweet to our son, clearly liked kids and was good with kids. Most people don't treat kids much different than their adult customers, in my experience.

Nice and clean, someone is always cleaning after people making mass. Almost all restaurants are a little overpriced specially Starbucks…Other than that everything else is great can’t really complain.

Has to be one of the worst experiences on the strip. My 80 year old father waited over 30 minutes in line at the Popeyes chicken only to be told that something that was clearly on the menu was not available at that location. The staff wondered off for 5 minutes and stopped taking orders several times. It would be one thing if this was a one time experience but it happened when we were there in July as well. I know , we shouldn't have gone back but really is that the solution. I guess because we pay next to nothing for the room we should expect bad service. Its not like we don't spend a lot in the casino. Excalibur you really need to step up your customer service! Very disappointed !

Went to popeyes inside the food court, the customer service was awful, the lady took forever getting people's food and was very disrespectful. I happened to forget my mask( I thought it was in my pocket but it must have fallen out) so when she asked me to put one on I told her I couldn't find it. I tried to put my shirt over my mouth just so I could order food but she got upset and told me to wait in the back, wouldnt even let me quickly order my food. I asked if they had a mask I could use and they didn't, which I think if you're going to require masks you should have some to provide for people in case they forget. I wasn't refusing to wear one, my mask just got lost, it happens. And she was very disrespectful about it. Didn't even treat me like a human being, and when I finally did walk away like she asked and let my husband order for me, she had the audacity to talk rude about me behind my back. Over all very bad experience, and I was very upset. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Would leave 0 stars for popeyes if I could
