Okay, WOW. Catch Las Vegas completely blew us away! From the moment we sat down, the vibe was immaculate and the service? Next-level amazing.

Our server, Roger, was an absolute gem—friendly, thoughtful, and totally on point with the menu recs (seriously, thank you!!). They made us feel welcome right away and set the tone for what turned into a perfect night.

Let’s talk about the cocktails—gorgeous and delicious. Then came the food… and we’re still dreaming about it. The fried rice was insanely good, the sushi roll was fresh and flavorful, and the wedge salad? Shockingly craveable. Who knew a salad could be that exciting?!

Everything felt special without being over the top—just fun, fabulous, and seriously delicious. Catch is 100% a must-visit, and we already can’t wait to come back. ✨🍽️💫

From the moment you step through the doors, Catch commands attention with its impressive entrance that sets the tone for what's to come. Our dining experience exceeded all expectations, with exceptional cuisine that truly delivered.
We began our meal with two standout appetizers: the Hamachi Crudo and the Yellowtail & Jalapeño roll. Both showcased remarkable freshness, with vibrant flavors and just the right kick of heat to awaken the palate.
For our main course, the Branzino proved to be a masterpiece. Served atop a bed of velvety rice, the fish was perfectly prepared—delicate, tender, and practically melts in your mouth. The charred Brussels sprouts made an excellent accompaniment, adding a smoky depth to the meal.
Dessert was the perfect finale: a heavenly strawberry shortcake that struck an ideal balance between richness and lightness. The addition of shaved strawberry ice created a refreshing summer finish that left us thoroughly satisfied.
The service throughout the evening was impeccable, matching the restaurant's sophisticated atmosphere and outstanding culinary offerings. For anyone who appreciates exceptional seafood in an upscale setting, Catch is absolutely essential dining.

Made reservations here for Sunday brunch, the decor is super cute. I love all the flower backgrounds that they have. I recommend you wear something cute because the backgrounds make for great photos!!
I had sushi which was really good, portions are a bit small but I just ordered more. lol
I had a cocktail that had coconut in it, it was delicious!! Would definitely go back next time
I am in Vegas. Our waiter was super attentive too.

The restaurant did not disappoint! We went on a Monday night and for being open only 30mins before our reservation, there was already a good crowd. We split a bottle of Sancerre, shared a Goyza appetizer, my main was grilled Branzino and hubbt’s was Salmon. Everything came out on point. I have never had a better Branzino! The waiter Alger R., was pleasant, friendly and professional. I would go again in a minute!

I loved Catch and had a great experience! It's super cute in there. I had the Alaskan King Salmon and my sister had the Herb Roasted Branzino, and we both loved our dishes. One of the best salmons I had. We split the mashed potatoes, which were also delicious. I recommend!

Catch was such a great experience while visiting Vegas. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal and dessert. The surf and turf roll was amazing! Atmosphere was beautiful! Service was great.

Came with group of 8 who all wanted to love this place, unfortunately, only two of us really enjoyed our meals. There were shells in our crab sushi rolls and other flavors were off.

This was by far the worst service I’ve ever experienced at a fine dining restaurant.

We ordered the $300 seafood platter, which was advertised as serving 4–6 people. In reality, it couldn’t even satisfy one. It was completely misleading and a rip-off.

But the most appalling part was the manager (long slicked-back hair, glasses, earring), who introduced himself as Edward. His attitude wasn’t just unprofessional for someone in hospitality—it was outright disrespectful on a basic human level.

I have every reason to believe his behavior was racially motivated (I’m Asian).

To make things worse, when the chef came over at the end and noticed I had calmed down, he quietly spoke to the staff handling the payment—as if I wouldn’t notice. The entire experience felt dismissive and insincere.

Incredibly rude and passive aggressive staff. Barked when I asked a question and said do you know what a menu is look there. At the end he wasn’t happy with the 20% tip, ignored our table and on the way out shoved the receipt at me screaming our tip amount in front of the whole restaurant. Disgusting staff here and one of the dryest NY strips I’ve ever had. Don’t believe the hype.aria full of rude staff.

This was my second time dining at Catch. The food and cocktails ordered were top notch. Friendly staff! The server, Darren, was amazing. He was very hospitable and deserves a raise! 😊
