Came in for a little pick me up and got the caramel macchiato protein, coffee, and it was just what I needed! I’m so glad I discovered this place down the street from my gym. It’s the perfect place for pre-and post workout.
I also devoured some delicious protein donuts! I got a birthday cake, cookie monster and a banana caramel one :) must try!

Beautiful spot for a healthy shake or treat. Justice is amazing and has a very welcoming personality. I stopped in when traveling and he was so welcoming that I went back for a second day. The aroma of warm fresh protein donuts/waffles is amazing. Highly recommend the his place to locals or those traveling that love a healthy treat and great atmosphere.

This place offers a great nutritional option of energy tea and protein shakes. It may seem to be in an unusual place in a strip mall but make the effort!! And Justice, the staff member that served us, was quite helpful and very friendly.

Justice was super friendly and explained what was in everything I got. The protein coffee was delicious and so was the doughnut! So moist and I can't believe the sugars are low. Plus I appreciate that both items have protein so it can help me hit my protein goals while I enjoy a little bit of sweetness. Definitely going to be coming back to visit and give the full menu a try!

We found this hole in the wall restaurant today thoroughly by accident. We use the Too Good to Go app, and I saw this restaurant had low carb protien treats available.
I always go into a new place with low expectations, and maybe I shouldn't have, because this place was awesome!
The young man who helped us was super friendly, and prepared our energy protein teas quickly and efficiently, all the while explaining what was in them and why they were good for us.
The two protein donuts we got, were Birthday Cake donuts, and he frosted them fresh as we were there. Again, he talked about the process of making the donuts fresh daily, how much protein was in the donuts, and generously adding sprinkles on the top to brighten the whole look. These were soft, fluffy cake donuts and the strawberry frosting was perfect!
I will be back to try their protein coffee, their protein smoothies, and protein based cookies. They have gluten-free options, but everything is Keto friendly, and monk fruit is a sweetener that they use. This is going to be my new stop for treats as I'm journey through weight loss and navigating a new diabetes diagnosis.
