We had such a disappointing experience at this bar that it completely soured our night—and unfortunately, has made us reconsider returning to this hotel and casino.

To be fair, our first night here was great. The bartender we had then was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We sat for hours, gambling, enjoying drinks, and having good conversation. That positive experience made us excited to come back the following night.

Unfortunately, the second visit was a completely different story. My boyfriend and I are here for work and stopped by the bar again to gamble and relax. We sat down, started playing the exact same game with the same style of betting as the night before. My boyfriend politely asked for an ashtray, and the older bartender rolled his eyes and seemed visibly annoyed. It took him over 10 minutes to acknowledge us, and when he finally did, he was cold and dismissive from the start.

When we requested a beer and a sugar-free Red Bull (again, just like the night before), he snapped, “You’re starting a tab, right?” We were confused, since we were actively gambling. He then told us we weren’t betting enough to receive comped drinks and said something along the lines of, “You don’t get a drink with that bet.” We explained—politely—that we had no issues the previous night, but he cut us off with, “I don’t care. Not here. Not with us,” and gestured to himself and the other bartender.

He continued to talk down to us and made us feel completely unwelcome and embarrassed, despite us being calm, respectful, and just trying to enjoy our evening. The contrast between this night and the previous one was night and day.

To their credit, the front desk staff was very understanding and did compensate us for the trouble, which we appreciated. However, the behavior of this bartender ruined our night, and frankly, left a terrible impression.

We love visiting Vegas and have stayed at many properties over the years—but after this experience, we’ll be thinking twice about coming back to this one.

This is going to be a scathing review. To the long dark haired bartender working Wednesday and Thursday this week…the distress you watched us go through was unacceptable and I hope you’re reprimanded. My friend telling you to do better on Thursday was a gentle reminder to do better. My phone was turned into your bar Wednesday night Thursday morning. And you watched us walk around for 2 hours, when we had asked you twice if you had it…and you said verbatim (and rudely) “we’ve been asked already” and laughed us off.

Find my phone said my phone was at the bar. MGM lost and found said quote “they’re notorious for holding onto items and turning them in a week later”. Security and my friends wandered for an hour to find it. Luckily the sweet barback found it the next day and called the “lost my phone” find my phone note. Girl, to another girl, to let a woman wander without her phone on this day and age is vicious and you’re not a girls girl for that. And I will call to ask for you to be fired.

Me and a couple friends went here to buy some drinks. We weren’t going to gamble so we knew that the drinks weren’t going to be free. I ask the bartender, an older gentleman, “what kind of bourbons do you have” and he responds, not answering my question, but rudely saying that if we’re gambling we had to get drinks from the well. It was simple easy question that could’ve been answered, followed by a “oh by the way, these drinks do cost since you’re not gambling” but no. Maybe that’s why the bar was completely empty

Very bad service, the Asian waitress was ver unprofessional and had a bad attitude. Did not make me feel like going back or recommend that place ever.

worse service ever, the asian waitress was very rude, she almost kicked us out for nothing, we’re never coming back, you guys should have them trained better.

Decent drinks and ambience

Amazingly good ‘Army Navy’ by Kavyn! ? Cocktail Extraordinaire in Las Vegas! This man is amazing!Note : I know him before he becomes famous ?

Very relaxing. Only bad thing was they shut down at 11 on Monday... wish we could have stayed longer.

No idea why this place is getting a bad wrap. Very attentive bar staff, and the DJ spinning knows his isht! The playlist is banging and their sound system is BUMPIN'! I'm a bass head and the sound system vibrates, shakes and booms so hard my drink slid across the bar. It's hilarious! I wish I knew about this place earlier it's a perfect place to get lost in some drinks and the music. Good looking ladies, cool vibes overall. Will be back!
