Even though this place is closed now, my first and last time was worth it. Some really great people were there and it seemed like a family oriented bar. Plus, the folks who sang karaoke gave the place a different hue. I wish I had the opportunity to have attended more frequently.

Wife and I went recently, on a Tuesday Open Mic night, since I wanted to try my 1st open mic( Mitch K was great as the host)..since the open mic was my purpose for going, here is the review of that...Mitch K was just such a great host. He was welcoming and friendly and really did an amazing job running everything. He handled the sound and had a nice set up for electric acoustics, to include spare guitars if needed..it was nice that he had a set up for wireless also since I move a bit when I play and I like not having to deal with a cable... he had an electric drum set up and bass and strat(tho there was no band type performance while I was there)..there was an amazing female drummer that I ask to drum for me on my song and she really made my song sound better then it deserved to be, I screwed up a few times and she adjusted on the fly with some great fills on my original song...the open mic crowd was friendly and chill and had some amazing, and talented participants. As a 1st time open mic participant the atmoshpere was perfect....Mitch runs the show effeciantly and with a friendly vibe, so 1st timers shouldnt feel intimidated or worried about not having a chance to perform.. He really does a good job or ensuring everyone gets their time and a good sound so if you are a 1st time or even an experianced singer you will have a good time..
As far as the little bar/ club, it is a relaxed vibe( on my visit). It has a old school small club atmosphere and is set up in such a way that the stage events are in a small portion at one end of the building, which was nice because it allows anyone there for the open mic or stage event to be able to congregate in that space, while other customers are able to have their own space in the main lounge area(so they dont have to feel involved with stage area activity at all if they dont want to be)...there are several small tables and a very long bar area. It would be easy to hang out off to yourself if you dont want to sit at the bar or near the stage.. the female bartender was great and very friendly.. we generally are not into the bar scene, but this place really felt very relaxed and welcoming. Overall I had a great time here and we would definately return and anyone wanting a well run open mic should put this as the place to visit...

Champagneâs Cafe understood the assignment.
Boulevardier was dialed, bartender knew their craft, locals were welcoming in that âyouâre one of us nowâ kind of way, and the karaoke? Surprisingly legit. Not try-hard. Not cringe. Just right.
It officially completes the holy trinity of Vegas dive bars with Double Down Saloon and Stage Door Casino.
Different vibes, same soul. Cheap drinks, real people, zero bullshit.
If Vegas had a PhD program in dive bars, Champagneâs Cafe just handed me a diploma.

Favorite place to be at in Vegas on news years eve. Restroom is small. Sometimes people sing. Very cheap place to get drunk

Nostalgia at its finest. Great atmosphere. Bartender Cory is great
They don't comp drinks for gambling, my friend and I played $20 each and ordered one beer each, and we still had to pay $14. I think the big dude who was bartending just wanted us out because it was early in the morning and we were the only ones there. We were being quiet amongst ourselves and just wanted to relax.
Great bar, cool vibe, cheap drinks

Went to Champagneâs on a Saturday night after dinner, arrived around 9:30p. It was a quiet atmosphere but once the karaoke started it was an amazing night. The crowd was so energetic and so welcoming, the DJ Marc was outstanding our server Mike was great.

Didn't Bar Rescue set you all up with food?
Looked very scary couldn't make myself go in
Gritty charm...one notch above a dive bar. Decent specialty drinks.
