Went there for a birthday celebration and was very disappointed. Don't waste your time or money. Chicken was very dry Baked potatoes were undercooked. Brussel sprouts were burnt Very understaffed We did not find it a good value for the money
We thoroughly enjoyed our time eating. Justin and Juan are amazing and loving people that made the entire experience better than the food itself. Although I did find myself having to pry my lips off the lobster bisque so as to save some for later. Self control left itself at the door. If you're thinking about visiting, don't procrastinate this one! They won't let you down.
We visited The Charcoal Room Steakhouse in Santa Fe Station Casinos so many times. I strongly recommend this restaurant to all. Excellent atmosphere, food and most of all the service.
I'm giving a 4 star rating because the service was slow . It took a hour from the time we placed our entree order to when we got our food. We didn't get to enjoy our food because we had to gulp it all down quickly because we had to get to a concert at the Chrome Showroom.
Amazing food & service as always. Justin our waiter took very good care of us & would highly recommend as a server.
Outstanding service and food. Been going there for years now and still as good as the first time.
To be fair, the noise level was the only issue that was a bit troublesome, and it came from two large groups. That's certainly understandable and you might run into this at any restaurant. The food was excellent. We both had fillets French onion soup was outstanding, as was the shrimp cocktail.
Once again The Charcoal Room at the Santa Fe was a nice choice for Ann's birthday dinner. Everything was very good, as expected, Justin was excellent as our waiter and the rest of his support staff was also. The food was very tasty. The calamari was a surprise with the pepperoncini. But the kitchen staff was showing their fatigue with long waits between courses. That was a bit disappointing along with their very bland plate presentation. But their sluggish delivery gave us a longer time to enjoy the very talented guitarist playing classical to contemporary selections. We will probably go back to the bar just to enjoy him along with another calamari appetizer! - B
Thanksgiving dinner, absolutely awesome, steak/lobster and bone in steak, plus, the side foods, amazing!
More importantly, service was great! Waiter John was very helpful of guidance and service, perfect! The side waiter, Patrick, keep all items clean, refill of drinks! The HOSTS, we're helpful and had us sit down few minutes ahead of the schedule!
Thank you staff!

Been here twice, the food and service is second to none. Wonderful atmosphere, classy but not stuffy. Craig and Victor were so attentive and surpassed expectations. We will definitely be back!

My family celebrated a birthday and we picked the perfect location. Love that it's off the strip. Absolutely fantastic evening!
The service was excellent. Server answered any questions we had on the menu. Our food was delicious and our steaks were cooked how we wanted them cooked. I will definitely be going back for another special occasion.
Take a break from the gaming atmosphere and enjoy happy hour starting at 4:00 weekdays.
My husband has celiacs disease and they were able to accommodate his special needs. Only four stars because we wish they had more options for him. Otherwise the food is great! I had the Philly cheesesteak sliders (so good!) and the potato option (can't remember what it's called) was tasty.
Also enjoyed their old fashioned (they have a great selection of other drinks at half off during happy hour).

The service and atmosphere were great! The portion sizes were definitely smaller than I remember. The steaks were good quality but lacked seasoning.
The Charcoal House is an absolute gem. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and cared for the kind of hospitality that instantly puts you at ease. The atmosphere is cozy yet elevated, with that perfect balance of warmth and class.
The food? Phenomenal. Every dish was beautifully done rich flavors, fresh ingredients, and just the right touch of creativity. You can tell the chefs really love what they do. The drinks were just as amazing (and perfectly made, which says a lot!).
What truly made it special, though, was the service. Everyone was kind, attentive, and genuine, the kind of energy that makes you want to come back before you’ve even left.
Honestly, this place isn’t just dinner it’s an experience. Highly, highly recommend. ❤️
