Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

First time, but have been wanting to try it and was not disappointed, the boneless wings were outstanding, the french fries were great, meaning that frozen fries were not used. The service was excellent and the ambiance was casual and comfortable. I plan on going back, and going back frequently.

Jamar was very friendly and super funny. Best interaction with food service I have had in a long time. He was not shy about making us laugh and smiling like a king.

The food was dry and didn’t have any flavor at all and the tables weren’t clean on top of that my son wanted extra ranch with his wings and the lady said it was 60cent so I said go ahead and get two he gave her $1.25 no change back and when I asked about the change she said with an attitude there’s no change with taxes first off I just paid 30 plus dollars in this place and you charging for some 99 cent water down ranch with tact I WONT BE COMING BACK!!!!

I decided to come and try the sandwiches and fries here since they were advertising. The veggie sandwich was okay. The sandwich bread was not toasted and the mushrooms seemed soggy instead of fried, which was a bit disappointing. The cajun fries seemed to have a lot of parsley rather than having a cajun flavor. Also, the tray had an odd smell and the dining area wasn't the cleanest.

Overall, not too bad food, but the servers were nice. I probably wouldn't come back though.

First time trying this place and now the last. How hard is it to get an order correct? I asked for extra mushrooms and got none. The meat was overcooked and dry. Then the onions and peppers were only on one half of the sandwich. Really??? Will never order from here again.

Jamar was absolutely a delight, super sweet, inviting, and warm. He suggested the amazing Philly cheesesteak. Wr also enjoyed loaded bacon and cheese fries YUM! I will say his hospitality made our dinner 10 times better. You all need more staff like jamar and other gentlemen who worked today 10/8/24. These men deserve recognition for their great attitudes! Also, Charley's cmon and offer a military discount. Jamar thanked my boss for her service much appreciated.

Was waiting at register for cashier to come take my order, was the only person there at first but as soon as a man came up behind me two of the workers rushed to the register and took HIS order before me! Very rude workers there will not be returning to this location!!!

3rd time is the charm. Strike 1 was ordering a plain Philly cheesesteak taking it home and it was full loaded with everything how do you mess up bread meat and cheese after repeating the order to the cashier and seeing it on the screen.
Strike 2 and 3 was th same issue the boneless wings were cook so long they were burnt and couldn't chew. Had to remove all the breading and try yo get the dry chicken bite. BONELESS WINGS SHOULDN'T TAKE 20 MIN TO FRY. extra well done shouldn't be the goal of every order . I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Waited an half an hour for 2 sandwiches, and they were wrong. I asked for no lettuce, onion, or tomato....I got lettuce, onion and, green peppers that aren't even listed to be on the sandwich

I loved Charlie’s in the meadows mall but they closed I was so happy to find it still pretty close by, now my order is simple Philly cheese steak no pickles. My husband goes and orders for me my daughter and himself. 3 Philly cheesesteak one with no mayo and no mushrooms mine and my daughters who likes hers just the way they have it. Tell me why we go chicken instead of beef, my husband got half his sandwich without mushrooms the other half with them, I got no mushrooms and none of us got beef? It’s pretty hard to mix up an order that bad. I just wish we noticed before we left. Looks like I’ll be on the hunt for a new place

This place is gradually raising their prices and decreasing the amount of food they give you, now that they have your buisness. Beware of the hype!
This is ridiculous- 1/2 box of fries for $3.00. The box was full last week. This was my last visit at the Charley's in Walmart on Decatur! Terrible!

The nice little short lady i think her name was Lexi, she was very nice and gave excellent costumer service. I will definitely be going back. The food was absolutely amazing. Everyone there is a very nice person especially the short lexy girl. Her makeup is done so nice and she is so pretty i had to tell her purrr you ate that and i ate the food ?. She is very well mannered even after someone threw quarters at her head. She still was just as kind as she was to everyone else. Definitely the best costumer service i’ve ever received.

Argumentative counter staff, got my order and the one before me wrong.

Maybe the worst Charley's location I've seen.

Got our order wrong twice and forgot to give us the regular fry we ordered. The person taking our order was barely paying attention.
