Didn’t care much for it the first time. But I tried it again. I got the chocolates and it definitely didn’t look like the picture. It was okay but nothing to rave about

I had such a great experience at Charlie’s. The customer service was amazing Yober helped me out and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Super friendly, professional, and made the whole visit so enjoyable. Definitely recommend coming here if you want great service and a welcoming atmosphere!

This is a great staff...they have a happy vibe greeting and treating customers very good. Johanna and the crew made our (my father and I) first experience here, a great one. Oh and the food is so delish...

I found out that the star rating is correct. Food is really good but management sucks. The afternoon management (forgot to get the name) very rude and ignorant. Does not have customer service skills.

My Go-To Spot for a Great Meal!

Charleys never misses! I always stop by for the Chicken Philly with extra cheese — it’s hands down my favorite. The sandwich is always hot, juicy, and made fresh right in front of you. The fries are crispy and perfectly seasoned, too. The crew is friendly and fast, and they always make you feel welcome. If you haven’t tried Charleys yet, you’re seriously missing out! Don't forget to grab a vanilla cone on your way out, too. They always hit the spot on a hot day.

Stopped by Charlie’s and it did not disappoint! The sandwich was fresh, the wings were crispy and flavorful, and the customer service was absolutely amazing — everyone was super friendly and welcoming. Great food and great vibe all around. Highly recommend! 10/10

This is absolutely no Charleys Philly Steaks. This is horrible. I have eaten Charleys in PR, FL, SC and there's one 10 minutes from my house and none have been as horrible as this. All it took was 1 bite and to the garbage it went. None of the Charleys I've been too have ever used Cheese Whiz on one of their sandwiches. I don't care if I'm dying of hunger will I never step foot to this location again and I do NOT and I really mean do NOT recommend this location. Even the tables were dirty uncleaned. Horrible a total embarrassment to the Charleys franchise.

The girl taking my order at the register, barely spoke english so I couldn't understand her. The rest of the workers were extremely rude. They forgot.
To start my order so I waited a little bit longer than I should have, the portion was extremely small for the ten dollars I paid. There was no ice and the rootbeer was flat. Trash was overflowing the trash can and it was extremely dirty in there.I will never eat there again.
There was literally a handful of fries very small amount and my boneless chicken wings where season way too much with the cajun seasoning so I wasted not only my time but my money

Today i came into Charley’s to buy some lunch. I started my order by saying Hello, the woman who was taking orders, stoned faced me like i was telling a Bad joke. I said Hi but more friendlier the second timeThe woman asked me what i wanted and i told her a 6 piece boneless, with a Ranch and an original, the associated looked at me with a sour look and said what is an original, then i said the original lemonade laughing, then she said im tired of you people, took her gloves off and said no service. The food is good but the service will make you lose your appetite.
The Woman never gave me her name or a number to call, so i had to use my voice publicly. The associated was a Short older Hispanic heavy set woman, i was not Able to get her name.

My dad bought food ..requested a cup of water, but they asked for 33 cents. He had 30 cents, and the girl refused to give him a cup of water! If an elderly person or someone in dire need asks for water and they struggle or other reason due to a lack of compassion and greed? The garbage was overflowing, the place was dirty and only 3 people working there (Hispanic).Charleys you're not going to win people w this type of shitty service. 👎👎😠. Water is FREE.. Have some compassion for the thirsty and fragile.

I ordered a kids meal with no sauce on the wings, I asked for bbq sauce and got charged 86 cents, when I wings weren’t tossed in sauce, you would think it would be courtesy to give me I sauce cup since my wings did not get tossed in a bowl I want to sauce to the side ? And that’s an extra charge ? First time here I will not come again with over 86 cents for bbq sauce when I wings weren’t tossed in sauce.

We have been here twice. We have also tried others. This by far, is the best one. The bread is always fresh & soft & the food is prepared perfectly. The staff is the friendliest from the other Las Vegas locations. We will always come back here from now on.

Rude staff, ignored me waiting in line and took someone else’s giant order and I just wanted a sandwich. Terrible quality and useless management. DO NOT EAT HERE unless you like being treated like garbage.
