We informed our waiter that the asparagus side dish was not properly prepared. The woody stalks were impossible to cut, chew, or eat. He ordered a smaller side for us with the same result. Cooks should know to cut off the woody ends. This is common knowledge. The management removed the charge for asparagus. The sea bass and chopped salad were excellent. We will return. The seafood never disappoints.
We had a fabulous evening at The Charter House. From seating us till we left, everyone was friendly and genuinely wanting make us happy. Loved the manager and the chef came to visit our table making sure all was good. Our waitress person, TRINITY, was wonderful. Always filled my water and visited our table often. And the food was delicious. The strip steak was seasoned and cooked perfectly. One pound of crab legs was enough. Truly a wonderful experience. AND the 86, 000 gallon...
Always a delightful experience, excellent food and great service. You cannot beat the atmosphere seating around the fish tank just calms you. This time we had the Alaskan oysters that were a real treat. It's a must stop while staying at the Golden Nugget.
