I always loved rally’s but don’t go late nights the lady there gave me old fries and nuggets it gave me the Ick but it’s whatever

First time I've been back to Raleigh since I left St Louis over 15 years ago. I requested no onions on my burgers I got onions on my burgers which is a very bad thing because I'm allergic to onions. The french fries taste like they were cooked with the churros or the apple pies french fries are not supposed to taste like cinnamon.. to top it off they didn't give me a receipt. So I can't file a complaint using the receipt info. I purchased two of the $6 meal deals. The store was not busy so there's no reason why they would have gotten my order wrong. And cooking multiple different foods in the same oil that's how you get cross contamination that's how fries start tasting like fish and chicken and cinnamon churros instead of french fries. For the manager or district manager that sees this please contact me at my email address at your soonest convenience so we can discuss this issue
