all pastas $10.99 now, and $10 bottomless mimosas on weekends. prices are just unheard of and all the pastas are unbelievable. everyone is extra nice and accommodating, like being at family's house. I just can absolutely not get enough of this place!!!

If you miss Italian food, this is a good option. Reasonably priced & fair service.

The place is very nice and gives an elegant yet simple tone. Our server was okay, but you can tell she didn't really want to be there. Food came out and the pasta was amazing however, I asked for well done steak and it was not well done. I've been here 2 separate occasions and whoever does the steaks just can't make them well done for some reason. Otherwise, great food and a good portion for the price. I'd definitely come back (and just won't get steak ahah)

We originally wanted to give it a five-star rating. The food tastes good, the price is very favorable, the food is fresh, and the portion is large. But something went wrong. Our appetizers came out in 10 minutes. We ordered a total of three pasta dishes, and two of them came out in 30 minutes, which was acceptable. We later wanted to add another takeaway steak pasta and were told that the one we ordered was already the last one, so we kept waiting for the pasta we originally ordered, and it took a full hour for it to arrive. So we asked the waiter to pack the steak pasta for us, but it was not in the box. When I asked why, the waiter said there was no more steak. But Mingming told me before that what I ordered was the last one. I guess he probably gave the steak noodles I ordered to the customer behind me. But no one informed me. No one even informed me when checking out. I even stupidly left a 25% tip. . ,well. . . Really disappointed. . Management is too chaotic

I am very disappointed with the service at the front desk. When I called to inquire about the special menus, the person who answered was extremely rude and cold. She spoke in a dismissive tone, showed no interest in resolving my questions, and made me feel as if I was a burden for calling. A restaurant of this caliber should prioritize customer service and make an effort to treat customers with respect, both in person and over the phone. This experience has seriously impacted my impression of the establishment. I totally lost my interest to try out this restaurant.

Not your typical pasta place. Cheese Time is so much more they have so many options to
pick from. So many different culture inspired dishes makes it hard to pick them. I love their food specials they have almost daily. The Tuesday and Thursday pasta special is my favorite!! Any of the pasta dish are just $10. You just can’t beat that! .. And because the size and taste is just unmatchable CheeseTime has became one of my go to for pasta cravings. From the moment you walk in, you know you made the right choice. With an open kitchen and the smell that will have your mouthwatering. This is that spot !!

We literally just left. We came from the Las Vegas strip. I had been following this business for a while on Instagram and I said to myself that I will visit when I come to Las Vegas. We ordered the shrimp scampi which was seasoned well and very delicious. We ordered 2 lasagnas and the steak meal. Every plate was made fresh while we were there and very fulfilling. I will come back next time I visit Las Vegas.

Arrived around 12:00 pm ordered right away with our drinks, we all ordered pasta with no extras and waters. We asked for it to go at 12:30 and were told “we are busy today” when there were multiple empty tables and multiple people who came in after us who got served in a timely manner. Including multiple who arrived after us and got pasta within 10 minutes. As we were still waiting for our food. They focused on getting all the other food out except us. The food did not come out until 12:51 we waited in the restaurant for 50 minutes we were not checked on. We were not offered any extra bread or refills or checked in or thanked for our patience or waiting. We had to take the food to go and then it was still WRONG!!!!!! What a joke and a waste of a whole lunch hour waiting for food.
