I ordered a cake from here and it was so ugly, its been the ugliest cake I ever ever had made. It was my sons birthday and we were looking forward to it, I received it and it was nothing like the picture I wanted. The “drip” was absolutely horrendous so embarrassing getting back home with that cake. Also when we went into the store nobody asked if I needed anything until I had to wave someone down to get them to help me.

Absolute Garbage! This place has completely gone down hill since the husband died. We have given this place chance after chance but it has not been this bad. The bread was extremely hard. The sprinkle cookie had zero flavor and hard. Concha with crema had a weird taste. ALL WENT TO THE TRASH! Never again am I going to this place. They have no pride in what the husband / dad had. I think they need to shut down and look into a different job. Bakery business is not it.

This bakery is the most disgusting that you can see, I don't know why they don't make it, bake the cakes so bad, by the grace of God, my baby's party was tired, which was yesterday, but I forgot to cancel the cake. Yesterday, I went to pick up the cake, but what a lousy cake. The hard bread was worse than a stone, the fruit tasted horrible. Little and paying for so little and bad service is bad, the two kids who are here are rude to serve you. They didn't give me the complete order. La Verda is a robbery, this pastry shop no one should buy think before and expensive for such bad service. Madam, advice, if you don't like your job, don't do it because we clients don't need to eat such an ugly, hard and tasteless cake, I think I would have done it better without being a pastry chef, what a bad service ???

Promised a SpongeBob birthday cake which was supposed to come with 6 cupcakes. Went to pick up the day of the party and the cupcakes are burnt and hard. The cake itself is sad and lopsided.

Very bad service, starting with the lady who takes the order, very rude. Second the cake is too simple to be so expensive. Work with love for what you do, not just to get out of trouble. Not worth it.

Honestly I was surprised I showed her the pictures for the cake and she said yes yes I would do it and then next day I pick up it was something else my daughters didn’t like their cake and on top of that it tasted so bad that I had to threw it away not lying.. My daughters birthday was yesterday May-28 didn’t get a birthday cake so I ordered them another one from different place.... These people needs to clean up their store so I don’t recommend no one going there please thank you
