We went on Valentine's Day so I know they were probably overwhelmed but the service was bad. My fork had more personality than anyone serving us. This was the only place I could get a last minute reservation at though and now I know why. Food was just ok. They did have a violinist though which made up for a lot. The hostess was super sweet and friendly, she should be working at a nice steakhouse. They added automatic gratuity to our check with only two of us. My husband and I have both worked in high end restaurants and this place is trying to be but missing the mark by a lot. Probably an ok option for takeout.

Great flavor but unfortunately not warm/hot food. Could be because it was a set menu so items pre-cooked. The women's restroom had 3 soap bottles that were watered down which also make you think about overall cleanliness. We did not complain to our server as we do not like to send anything back to the kitchen. Disappointing based on the reviews I read as it was our first time. Service and ambiance was nice.

We came for my sister birthday towards the end of the night. Food was delicious. I had the chicken special (artichoke and red peppers in a cream sauce) with veggies instead of linguine. It was sooo good. My sister had the spicy rigatoni and she said it was better than Carbone. ? She also had a lemon drop martini and she loved it. We would def like to come back. It's very pretty on the inside too! Our server, Bill, was great!

We had our wedding dinner/ small reception here at Dolce & Chianti. I’d like to start off by saying we live hours away and coordinated everything via phone. The planning was seamless and Inga was very communicative and helpful. We had our own private space for our 40 guests at a very reasonable price. The restaurant was so beautiful, the staff was very friendly and attentive, and the food& drinks were AMAZING!I really appreciated that Inga personally checked in with me throughout the night. Her and the staff truly took such great care of my family & friends on such an important night. If you are considering booking here, I highly recommend 10/10. We will definitely be back when we visit Vegas!❤️❤️❤️

Food was good. Service was excellent. (Friday night, didn't get his name). Had a good a glass of wine and when I ordered another, the bartender tried to give me something totally different that I did not like at all, likely thinking I wouldn't notice.

They were out of multiple items including gluten free pasta and we went there specifically because they offered gluten free pasta on their menu.

Hops & Happenstance

Granted we dined here on Christmas Eve. But that is an excuse. And a sorry excuse at that. By no means was the place packed. About 20 guests total before we were seated for our reservation. the service was slow and the kitchen was not putting out food for anyone for at least 40 min. the best thing about this place was the garlic olive oil for the bread. Everything else was abysmal. Absolutely shameful and a waste of everyone's night. The staff were obviously stressed, sweating, and trying to make shortcuts where they could. (Hostess, Servers, and cooks included). - messed up one dish THREE times 1. The order was a tagliatelle di mare, but cioppino was served instead 2. Instead of getting the correct order, they threw spaghetti noodles on the existing cioppino, and tried to pass it off as the di mare -- those dishes have different fish combinations in it btw, the di mare has calamari, and the sauces should be differentiable 3. The third try: we got a vinegary tasting di mare (maybe) it still looked very much like the same cioppino they tried to serve us before. Oh, and in the same sauce without the calamari again (but now they inform us that they JUST ran out of calamari..like within the last 5 min) seems convenient? -- vinegar is a commonly used preservative measure, so now we're worried about the freshness of the seafood. So at this point, everyone else had finished their dinner, and the vinegar taste was not it. Di mare was supposed to have a light* tomato, garlic, white wine sauce. Nope. That might has well have been store bought marinara watered down. -- this person ended up losing their appetite and did not eat anything for their dinner The rest of the dishes were mediocre at best. The so called pink sauce on the dolce special pasta was identical to the store bought marinara sauce. (This dish was also supposed to have truffle in it...didn't taste like it.) The Marsala was tasteless and unappealing in every way. And the Shrimp Scampi was uninspiring and flat. Mediocre would be a compliment. These were not dishes to return for in the future. Much better versions elsewhere.Bonus content: - of the 4 tables in our vicinity, we were the largest table (5 people). we ordered last, and were served our food first. Make it make sense. We felt so bad for everyone around us because we were seated soo much later than them. - a quote from the waiter serving the adjacent table "I'm so sorry. I just got yelled at in the back." I didn't hear what else was said. I was already laughing hysterically. - very obvious the staff were struggling to work together, and the energy coming from them and the kitchen window was uncomfortable to say the least (more rushed and hostile really)UPDATE: - the table is not feeling well post-meal - the only person who doesn't seem affected is the person who decided NOT to eat their meal... perhaps they were spared

Excellent ambiance and delicious hot food. The wait staff were very nice and friendly. The only complaint would be the speed of service (delays in return trips to table for drink refreshes and to ask about orders; also long wait from time of order to food being delivered)

The decor is dazzling in an old-school Vegas meets a 1950s NYC nightclub kind of way! The violinist (you read that right) was spectacular! The food was delicious! I can't wait to return and to bring every visitor I have with me!!

Might be the best Italian food I've ever ever had! Brett at the bar was absolutely incredible, took extra care and attention towards us and even put the football game we wanted to watch on his phone in front of u. Will most definitely be back, amazing food and Service!

I am from Ohio and made reservations 5 days in advance for a small, 5 person, family reunion based on a recommendation. This was confirmed via email and then canceled, without explanation, the day before. I didn't even know it was canceled until after place was closed. I did call and spoke with Inge who assured me she would follow up with me in morning when she could check as she wasn't there at that time. I never received call back even after leaving msg. I would not recommend them nor count on having a confirmed reservation. What a disappointment!
