Their customer service is lacking sometimes. But the food makes up for it. May seem slightly over priced but it's delicious. The shrimp tacos are the best.

There are two very unpleasant, unprofessional, pushy, and arrogant bartenders who we have no idea why they were hired in the first place! I have been to more than 27 countries, and I have never experienced such manners and 'customer hate'. It is too sad, especially coming from the USA and more specifically Las Vegas, where I am a local. Vegas is known as the capital of gambling and tips! The owners must be 'proud of' such incompetence and hateful people.Bad service and arrogance never comply with a good business reputation. It is essential for businesses, especially in a city like Las Vegas, known for its hospitality and entertainment, to prioritize exceptional customer service and professionalism. Such behavior only tarnishes the reputation of the establishment and undermines the trust and satisfaction of customers.

My husband and I have been here a few times. I noticed in the reviews some people mentioned they smelled smoke when they went inside. I didn't see notice that at all and I'm not a smoker. When you walk in on the right the kitchen and bar area are there with a lot of high top tables with if I remember correctly only one low table in case that's a concern for you. Deep dish pizza was excellent! Fries and chicken tenders were bomb! Beers were also very good. I have no complaints. Service was excellent and server even remembered us the next time we came in. Price was decent, not sure what some of these reviews are referring to calling it expensive. In general I would definitely recommend.

I have been going to Chicago Brewing Company for years, but the last time I went was in 2016. I stopped by for food the other night and it seems like they got rid of the restaurant area but the atmosphere is very much the same.

I was hesitant to stop here, as we saw something about cigars and I get extremely sick around cigar smoke. I was pleased to discover a smaller dining/bar area that was adequately separated from the larger gambling bar area. Our server Luzi was great, the food was excellent, but the beer needed to be much, much colder. That's really our only complaint from this trip. However, the Chips 'n Salsa were very good and the Cheese Curds were exceptional, so we'll be back!
KIDS NOT ALLOWED! Please be warned, there is a sign on the door saying no one under 21 is allowed. Even though online when you look it up, it is marked as a "good for kids" location. The building is really neat looking and we wish we could have experienced it but unfortunately it seems that this establishment is solely about catering to its drinking patrons. Which is fine. I just want to make sure no other families make the drive out and are disappointed. Might be a fun place for drinks though.

Service is decent- went during a busy time so waiting was a given & that won't stop me from going again. On Site Brewery!!!!! Love local choices & beers on tap from in house. Treats: Sausage & Pepperoni deep dish 8/10: very juicy red sauce which I enjoy with crispy edges on the crust. The meat oddly was semi cold- not sure how it happened but it did. Still was a good size pie too Chili bowl 8/10: good beans in the chili. Really tasty just lacked some seasoning. Nice portion and topped with cheese and sour cream. Beers: of course it's personal choice on flavor hardaway Ipa 10/10 Sun down stout 10/10 Old Town Brown 9/10 All nighter 9/10

Got the roast beef sandwich & garlic knots. Veeerrrry tasty!!! Usually i rarely get enough au jus ... they gave me PLENTY!! Didn't have to ask for more! ?
