My wife and I went for the first time,for our 31st anniversary. Thought we would try someplace new...BIG MISTAKE! If I could give it -stars I would! The chicken parmigiana was horrible! Who makes chicken parmigiana without Italian breadcrumbs or breading of some kind? It was just chicken breast with zero seasonings, topped with sauce & cheese. My wife got the lasagna with the same result! Barely any lasagna noodles...just cheese (no ricotta), and a meat sauce that had no flavor. Literally one of the worst meals we've ever had! Trust me when I say, save your money and go to Maggiano's, Macaroni Grill, or even Olive Garden! Service was average and ambiance was actually kinda nice...overall, definitely a thumbs down!

Horrible and pricey I was totally disgusted with food and service . Our waiters, was nasty Not very accommodating and there was nothing nothing on there menu was special. It is like the food was old jar canned sauces very sorry, but don't waste your money years ago. They were great but they're in a severe decline.g

This is such a fun little restaurant. The kitchy old-school vibe of this small family restaurant takes you back in time. I love the incredible specials that they offer before 6. The cost was very reasonable. I got the Chicken Parm & Pasta Special. It also came with a dinner salad and bread. For dessert I highly recommend the mouth-wateringly delicious Lemonchello Cake. An exceptional treat. Make sure you call for a reservation as this is a very small place. A hidden gem of a restaurant. Very close to Fremont Street.

Outstanding. Awesome food. Authentic Italian food. Got the crab and shrimp ravioli. Best Italian food I've ever had. Love their salads and garlic cheese bread. Food is yummy. Lawrence is cool. Good guy. Nice and funny server. Really neat atmosphere and ambiance . Cool small house.

Wonderful little restaurant! The food is delicious and comes in very generous portions. Service was top notch!The only negative thing I can say is that their menú prices on their website are not anywhere near what they actually are.I totally understand inflation, but do suggest they update their prices.All in all, highly recommended!
Although I have not been to CJ's in a while, I have friends in town from Texas and I have been taking them to notable places for great food. They are not the type of people who will be impressed by a bunch of people who want to show off but will be impressed by great food, ambiance and traditions that continue to show the family spirit of making strangers welcome.

Definitely a unique and beautiful experience altogether. Ambiance was one of a kind, and food was delicious! The lady even gave us a tour and the history of the home.. Highly recommend!
The food was meh! Service was good. The table was a bit small for eight people. It should have been only six at the table. Ambiance was really good. Very quaint and cozy. Overall ok.

Chicago Joe's is an amazing authentic Italian restaurant in Old Vegas Downtown. The place is TINY, so you'd better get reservations but the service and food were outstanding. Nice and authentic...a great place for an intimate dining experience.
