Charging $0.65 now for the Italian beef juice that goes on the side for dipping is crazy. Since the new owner food went up and the ingredients changed. We want be back

The food is not bad. However, I can't have my phone out and don't know they cancel my order until I take my lunch, so by that time I have no food for lunch.

They have canceled my Uber order without any explanation as to why. Just cancel and that's it. So I have to scramble and use the remainder of my limited lunch time to order and wait for food. By that time I have to eat my whole meal in 5 minutes because I'm out of time!

If you are out of something frequently, you should remove it from your Uber menu. I am tired of missing my lunch because my orders keeps getting cancelled! SHAME!

At the very least, give a reason as to WHY. No one practices proper customer service anymore.

Great chicago style pizza! Salad was very freshly made and hpuse dressing is great. Toppings on pizza are fresh and cheese is what I'd expect if in Chicago.

Been looking for pizza puffs since I moved here. Best place here to get there is at this location. So nice and fresh with the food. And it’s not breaking the bank

I haven't been here for awhile and maybe it was a sign why. I used to love this place when Brian owned it but it wasn't good this time since this is the first time I've been here since they changed owners. Im not sure if they got my order wrong or that was actually the Rueben, but that was the least amount of meat I've ever received on one in my life. The meat was also chewy and the meat was for some reason finely chopped up, very small but bigger than minced. They put tomatoes and Lettuce on a Rueben which I've never heard of. I looked back on the menu and whatever they gave me isn't even on the menu. I literally dont know what they gave me. I even tipped them on takeout but this is a reason nobody tips on takeout anymore. Not worth it at all. Probably the first time I've ever truly felt robbed going to a restaurant

Zero stars says open at 11 am on Mondays on the sign its now 11:15 no signs of life. I was alll set to try something new, I've never been here and now I never will. Waited since 10:45 am for them to open. Says a lot about their management, oh wait what management 🤔

I was so excited to try this place and then as I walked in with my father on my lunch break, I was greeted with a restaurant that appears as if not a single employee there takes pride in it. My father and I both ordered two separate things and were told that neither of them were available. What kind of business keeps such poor track of their inventory? I ended up ordering chicken fingers instead and those were mediocre at best. Overall a very disappointing experience.

Walked in this spot for the first time and order a chicken parm sandwich comes with fries food was fresh and amazing but let me say the fries here are some of the best ive ever had hand cut and they do not use canola or peanut oil and boy you can taste the difference.! Highly recommended place ill be back for sure

The Ruben is great and the Italian como, (roast beef and sausage with pepers) is outstanding. Like a French dip on steroids. Bread is always good.

I ordered a chili-cheese dog with mustard, onions and extra chili. When the food arrived, there was very little chili on the dog, no mustard and a pile of onion. They put the extra chili I ordered for the dog and put it on the fries. Food could have been great, but sadly, the staff couldn't make it as ordered. December 7th, 2025

Great place for a quick bite. The corned beef sandwich was overflowing with meat. And their Fergie sandwich is a good combination of an Italian Beef and Italian Sausage.
