If I could give this zero Stars I would. Maybe it was just the day we visited (sad) but this was absolutely the most difficult Chick-fil-A I've ever been to. They were having some type of poorly planned event with a monster truck outside. They had shut down half of the parking lot with no alternatives for customers. I saw two people getting defender benders just trying to get in and out of the parking lot while getting my kids out of the car. They had shut down half of their parking lot for a monster truck and put no signs or options for other parking. People were parked on the curb in fire lanes and in the drive-thru aisle. The inside you had to stand and eat , no extra tables were placed outside in the open coned off lot for all the paying customers. It was obviously an event to make a lot of money for them with no thought as to how it was going to negatively affect customers.

The service is always great, howver thw fries at this location are always undercooked, they are pretty soft and don’t have that crunch that the other chick fil a have. I go to this location a lot and they are just always seemingly undercooked.

Ordered Spicy Deluxe Chicken sandwich. First the chicken patty was so thin it was like just 2 pieces of batter smashed together. It was so Spicy I broke out in a cold sweat! Basically it was inedible. Sad. Won't go there again.

First of all.(picture) The chicken we were served is pitiful. We are black. We need nutrients for Lords sake sadly. We came to the Chik Fa lay for chicken strips and instead, we got chicken foot. I feel disappointed. The people are wonderful and respectful yet seem to be in such a rush. If you aren’t ready to work a long shift don’t work at all!!!!

I went to the Chick Fil A just recently and received poor service. In particular the younger girl with blonde hair and huge eyelashes gave me and the person I was with huge attitude. She forgot to put the BBQ sauce and the napkins on our tray. Her main and only responses were of course and can't you see I am busy when I had ask for the items that were missing. She was more interested in socializing with the other employees than helping out the customer. The potato fries I got were uncooked and raw. I am thinking of maybe not coming back to Chick fil a again. In the past everyone was so nice and the food was great there that's what is sad.😢

Fresh fast food, always great and tastes the same each time. Drive thru is the standard all should strive for. It not my favorite chicken fingers, but the quality and flavors are great.
Extremely disappointed in this location and their knowledge of service animals and the ADA policy. A supervisor told a guest they needed to have a vet on their service animal (incorrect). I corrected him and told him he needed to look up ADA guidelines. I spoke to another supervisor and she said that the “policy” to require it came down from the Operator of this location. The operator of this location needs to review the ADA policy. The other guest was super embarrassed by having to go out to their car and get a vest for their dog. Please review the ADA policy!!
I found out after the staff was talking horribly about me from another customer who was at the counter after I walked away. There will be a few complaints being sent to corporate. I will not be going back.
Tables were not clean. Many employees standing around doing nothing.

The food is like other chick fill a restaurants which I really like but this one is really big with a lot of space inside and outside that makes it even better
This location is my least favorite. Every single time I come here my order is wrong or I’m given no sauce. Then when I ask for sauce I get skimped out on despite my request when placing an online order. What’s worse, as I was given a cherry with a pit in my milkshake that went biting into the cherry the pit broke into pieces which resulted in me having to spit out the cherry that I could have choked on. If this continues I don’t think I will continue to purchase food from this location
