I’ve been to this Chick-fil-A multiple times through the drive-thru, and unfortunately there’s a consistent issue with missing items in my order. This happens almost every Friday between 2:30 and 4:00 PM, which makes it frustrating when you’re expecting a quick, reliable stop.
That said, I do want to give credit where it’s due — whenever there’s a mistake, the staff is always friendly and quick to fix it. The customer service is solid, and everyone I’ve interacted with has been polite and professional.
Overall, the food is good and the team is kind, but the order accuracy just isn’t consistent during that time window. If that improves, this location would easily earn a higher rating.

Love the vibe from the workers here. Food always comes out quick and cooked well. So thank you to the crew in the back as well as the front. They are always on top of making sure you have everything you asked for and asking if theres anything else we need. They come around all the tables more than once. They are all super nice and friendly. The place was kept well and clean. There were only a few tables unoccupied which were cleaned off already. We had a kids meal included in the meals for our group which had some card game in it. We decided to play and I thought it was neat for the place to handle that. The other customers didnt mind either because they saw family bond happening and being there at this location everyone couldn't help but to just be happy there. Eating some good food with some good people. Surrounded by them too. Overall a great place. Definitely recommend this location. Experience never fails to always be awesome.

Obviously the food is what you would expect from any CFA but it's the service that really stands out even amongst other CFA locations, everyone there is always super nice but ESPECIALLY Tiffany she honestly deserves Michelin Stars for her service alone!!

Amazing environment food is piping hot delicious For today's visit this girl Alex brought me my food and was checking on me to see if I need anything. And saw her picking up people's food. She was very happy I told her I was writing this lol.
Chick fil a keep it up and hire people like Alex I love her energy!! Also get the app I got a free spicy sandwich as a gift and my lunch today was only $6 (LG fries and LG soda included)

Alex is the best I have met for this hospitality business of serving a client. She works correctly and sensitive to her work performing everything correctly as pleasing a customer goes. She just made sure I was getting the best service by going to my table often. Alex the black female, got the gigs for teaching and instructing workers on how to serve the client better, so the client when leave the restaurant they think in come back. She is perfect to instruct workers on how to make the client having a better experience in being served.
Check your food before you drive off this is the 3rd time my order has been wrong and or missing things. This location has lost its “chick fil a magic”

I stopped by Chick-fil-A today to pick up a breakfast chicken biscuit and I just wanted to mention how clean, organized the restaurant is and how professional and nice the staff is as well. Especially Tiffany, she is always smiling and is very charming. She also brings a lot of good energy to the restaurant. She has many good characteristics that you never see too often these days.
