This was my first bad experience at a Chick-fil-A. I ordered a plain black coffee with nothing in it and it didn't look right when I picked it up so I asked and they said it just had cane sugar. So I took it anyway but then I looked up what said on the sticker and it turns out it also had milk in it. Being someone that cannot have dairy, this could have been very dangerous. Additionally, the oil used for the fries was too old and had that rancid smell. And there was no salt on the fries. I have always had very good luck at Chick-fil-A before and have rated all of their other locations as five star. My experience at this location was two star at best.

Food was good they forgot the fries and didn't notice until I got back to hotel. The guy had a great personality so I just chalked it up to check order..b4 leaving
Quick service at the drive through. Easy access in to the parking lot. Food was fresh and hot. Requested extra pickles and they game me a good amount.

I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal from them and I didn’t receive my chicken sandwich and they are yet to say anything about it or anything I don’t even care for a refund I would just really appreciate my sandwich

I vote zero for everything I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal I got my soggy french fries my unflavored mac & cheese with no burger so I’m filing a complaint on how you guys won’t answer your phone and tell me to visit some stupid.com and it’s not doing nothing either. I deserve a refund and my money back zero stars.

I'd expect the food to be fresher first thing in the morning. Biscuit was hard and not as fluffy as at other locations. Tater tots were also lacking flavor, which how can you mess up tater tots?
My little sister loved going to this chick fil a due to the fast service until she drank all her drink and was about to eat the ice only to find an insect. Truly Disgusting.
