I’ve gone here for the past two years with no issues. The last time I went my entire order was wrong including my my drinks after placing a mobile order. Very frustrating and disappointing. I received items that I did not order along and were missing a few items on top of the order being wrong.

It was a lovely early afternoon to visit Chick-fil-A with my family. We arrived on March 3, 2025, and were greeted by a young lady named ā€˜ Destiny’ wearing a manager’s shirt. Unfortunately, her attitude was quite unpleasant and sour.

As we placed our order, she displayed a miserable expression and repeatedly responded with a dismissive ā€œanything elseā€ while maintaining a rude and lackadaisical demeanor. Despite my efforts to remain patient and courteous, her attitude was simply unacceptable.

I believe that a manager’s attitude should be exemplary, and I’m disappointed that this young lady fell short of that expectation. I hope that her superiors will take this review seriously and address her behavior.

Regrettably, I will not be returning to this Chick-fil-A location in the future. I hope that Destiny will take the necessary steps to improve her attitude and ensure that all customers receive the service they deserve.

Worst coffee I’ve ever had in my life! When I mentioned to them that they didn’t put in the cream or sweetener, they said yes we did. They handed me black coffee. Then when they came back with it supposedly fixed it was just horrible. We’ll never go back here again.

Tonight was such a horrible experience at the 9925 S Eastern Ave, Las Vegas, NV 89183 location. I entered the drive thru at 8:54pm. There was two lines and I went to the left lane with two cars in front of me to order. On the right lane it was two cars as well. After about 5 minutes, I finally get to the female to order and she says what can I get for you. I started to order she then cut me off and said what's the name! That's when she starts talking over the walky talky asking for a new handheld. She then tells me to continue, I go to order again and she cuts me off and says I can't hear you because their talking (employees on walky talky). I then started ordering for a third time and she cuts me off and says the handheld died and to pull forward. I get to the window where a Hispanic male says "For Rose" I say no. He says "For Trevor" I say no. He said "So you're not Rose" I said no. He then takes my order. He didn't repeat it back and didn't even take a name. I asked for a manager. That is when Cass or Cassandra per receipt cones to the window. I tell her all of what I explained above and she just says "Who took your order?" She then makes excuses and said that person should have told them sooner about the handheld. NO APOLOGY! They then pull me forward and said did I want a dessert or shake. I said just a fry. Cass then said it will be 3 or 4 minutes. After waiting out front for another 10 minutes I came inside. When I walked in to the counter Cass was looking for something in a cabinet. So I asked "Did you forget you guys had to bring out my food?" Her response was let me check on it. I then said I want my money back and the food still for the inconvenience. I counted over 12 cars that came after me in the drive thru getting their food and leaving while I had now been waiting 19 minutes! And the food still wasn't ready. Cass said it will be a few more minutes and refused to give me my money back. She said "No" I'm not giving you the money back and the food. I repeated that I had been in the same profession and I make sure customers leave happy she then proceeds to share she had a long day too! She was tired and she can't give me a refund. So I then tried to speak and she said "You don't have to keep cutting me off!" I said I was cut off by your employee outside but did you apologize. She then says "Do I still want the food" I told her I would contact corporate and give me what I paid for. Her last sarcastic remarks was "Hope your day gets better in a rude tone!" Again NO APOLOGY!

I keep assuming they're doing their job right, then BAM, they make another huge mistake that wastes your time and everyone in the drive thru. CHECK BAG FOR ACCURACY and have them repeat the order back to you

3 times in the drive thru and 3 screw ups. Maybe focus on getting orders correct instead of the ā€œmy pleasureā€ bs. Literally have to be an idiot to make these errors. Chick fila biscuit as stated in the tag, it’s chicken and a biscuit that’s it how do you mess that up???

I called the manager regarding our order that was done incorrectly after driving home. The manager was great and said all I needed to do was go to the shop and he had our name down.

Getting the comped order was a headache. We have been waiting for about 15 minutes and they brought someone else’s order out to us. Im still waiting for my food now. I wish I wouldn’t have redeemed the free meals and just paid through the drive thru and it wouldn’t have taken so long.

Very busy and stressful enviroment. Ordered chicken sandwich meal with fries. The chicken was not that tasty and fries tasted like cold cardboard. The sauce was not helpful to make the meal taste better. This was my first and last visit for Chik-fil-A.
