Placed an order for drive-through pick up at 10:30 on their app. Showed up and was told it was closed. What are your real hours? Do you close at 10 or 11? Why the confusion on your side about how late you can get food? You’re better than this.

My wife was craving the fries so we swung by and ordered just fries. They weren’t right, seemed overcooked, just not how they always taste and feel. I walked in and talked to Mustaffa. He not only upgraded my fries to a large for free, but they were incredibly fresh and tasty. I really love the service here, the men and women who work here are personable and happy, love to see it. People are nice and the food is great when it comes out correct. I know it's a chicken place and when it's in person and I can stress I want your veggie wrap ( it is on the menu). It will come out wrong almost everytime when ordering online. I was running late for my son's school family day picnic. Grabbed my pick up order and ran. Got to the school to realize the veggie wrap was all chicken and lettuce. Extremely frustrating.

Paying over $3 for a sip of lemonade is ridiculous!! Stop filling the cup to the top with ice and give people there moneys worth you are literally ripping people off
Went thru drive thru and can't believe how efficient they are. I Thought it was going to take 20 minutes because of number of cars but it only took 5. Speed is important when you have kids in the car. It was also delicious.

My waffle fries tasted old seemed to be the leftovers/ the crumbs of the fries. *large fry filled with crumbs* Nuggets were okay . Super disappointed.
