My waffle fries tasted old seemed to be the leftovers/ the crumbs of the fries. *large fry filled with crumbs* Nuggets were okay . Super disappointed.

This is the worst chik fil a out of all the other places in Las Vegas. Manager doesn't seem to know what they're doing. I ordered through the mobile app and pick up via drive thru and for some reason the staff doesn't add the condiments that's listed on my mobile app order. The coffee is disgusting, it taste like mud water compared to the other Chik Fil A's in Las Vegas. I ordered a large french fry and it's not filled to the top, I would say its a small french fry portion placed in a large fry holder. This isn't the first time that they done this, they been repeating the same mistakes over and over again. Manager needs to be replaced, horrible experience and would rather go to the other chik fil a franchises that know what they're actually doing.

This place can't even complete an order correctly. I called to ask for remedy and they wouldn't do it. So tonight....I eat a meal I DID NOT ASK FOR.
Good food, but they don't allow door dashers to pickup from drive thru which is weird and inconvenient.

I’m not a huge review writer but today I needed to shout these guys out. My parents had some food vouchers from an airline that cancelled their flight and didn’t want to use them in the airport and decided on chick fil a. I tried using the app to figure out how to use these dang things and struggled. I was about to give up but both Tallan and Brittney were determined to figure it out and they did. I cannot thank them enough lol. Their customer service went above and beyond. Tallan’s patience was unmatched and put mine to shame. If I had cash I would’ve tipped these guys. I really really appreciated it today guys! Thank you so much for figuring it out.

I’ve gone here for the past two years with no issues. The last time I went my entire order was wrong including my my drinks after placing a mobile order. Very frustrating and disappointing. I received items that I did not order along and were missing a few items on top of the order being wrong.
