I’m not a huge review writer but today I needed to shout these guys out. My parents had some food vouchers from an airline that cancelled their flight and didn’t want to use them in the airport and decided on chick fil a. I tried using the app to figure out how to use these dang things and struggled. I was about to give up but both Tallan and Brittney were determined to figure it out and they did. I cannot thank them enough lol. Their customer service went above and beyond....

I called the manager regarding our order that was done incorrectly after driving home. The manager was great and said all I needed to do was go to the shop and he had our name down.

Getting the comped order was a headache. We have been waiting for about 15 minutes and they brought someone else’s order out to us. Im still waiting for my food now. I wish I wouldn’t have redeemed the free meals and just paid through the drive thru and it wouldn’t have taken...
