First thing in the morning drive-through was exceptionally organized with staff standing outside, putting in the computer to the main restaurant carrying around bank to give us the correct Change. My daughter‘s choice. I was a tagalong and I was quite impressed with it.

Worst breakfast service ever in a Chick-fil-A. Yesterday, I ordered through the drive thru and had to wait an additional 10 minutes for a cup of hot coffee after I received the sandwiches. During breakfast hours.
This morning I went inside hoping for better luck. Nope!! I had to wait over 15 minutes for the sandwiches. Breakfast sandwiches during breakfast hours. And no concern or apologies from the staff.

I recently used the Drive-Thru and I can’t fault this restaurant or the brand. The service was excellent—from the team member taking my order on a tablet outside to the gentleman who handed me my food. Everything was piping hot and absolutely delicious. This was only my second ever visit to Chick-fil-A and my first time using their Drive-Thru, and I was seriously impressed. Other QSR brands could learn a lot—this is exactly how it should be done! Huge credit to the team at this restaurant, you were amazing.

Pulled up in drive thru they refused to give me my food even tho it was paid for. Told me I have to come inside to get it. Worst chic fila ever. Do not come here. Very rude staff. It's terrible. Bad enough my salad was made incorrectly. They assisted in remaking it, but I have the bottom piece of the lettuce that is not edible. Also the apples aren't cored cracked my tooth on it. The ladies were nice though 🤷🏽♀️
