Pretty standard chick-fil-a, but the service at this store was lacking. They wrote down wrong things for my order/ added things and didn't read back what they put down, they knew the bathroom needed to be restocked but didn't do it for at least 30 minutes (it still wasn't done when I left), and there were quite a few employees there just talking to each other.

Well folks, I rarely write bad reviews, however, this Chik-Fil-A location is BY FAR the worst I've been to. I should mention my sausage burrito this last visit was COLD on the inside. Yes, cold. Unfortunately it's the closest one to my office, so if I want it, this is where I have to go. That being said, I'm done eating here for Breakfast AND lunch. Every time I come here, I am in line for 15-20 minutes MINIMUM! The line is half that of other locations, yet more than twice as slow. I've been to this one 5 times now hoping it was just a fluke and they'd get better, but they haven't. Got there around 640 today. My office is 1 minute away. Needed to be there by 7 and I was LATE!!! This is unacceptable in every way. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the staff is friendly. For the longest time, Chik-fil-A was the only ones that could manage two lines full of people at a faster rate than McDonald's. Why this location can't figure that out with HALF the drive thru traffic is beyond me. I'm done going here. I can't keep spending my entire lunch/morning in a drive thru. Figure it out guys!!! Oh, I also find it comical that this location managed to get a 4.4 star overall review here on Google, but only has a 2.5 star review on Yelp. Just saying…yelp is normally my go-to for this reason. Almost like someone is getting paid to ensure higher overall status on Google. Just my thoughts.
