I have only eaten here a handful of times. My thoughts are neutral. I like the little chicken biscuits, the grilled chicken pieces are way overly priced, I had the chicken cob today and it was decent. The chicken soup had this thick gelatin like broth and it was unapetizing. Is it suppose to be like that ? I love chicken soup, and this slimy thicker broth was off putting. I wanted a regular chicken broth that warms you up as you sip it. This wasnt even thin enough to sip. Im curious if its like this all the time or if something happened in the kitchen ?

So slow. Probably one of the slowest drive thru lanes in the country. No customer service and nobody cared! Where did the Chick fil A customer service go?

Got a breakfast plate and my friend got the same I went back in to ask why I had such a small amount and ask for the manager and he confirmed that it was good now I can see and he did to that the portion was no good but to save his face and breakfast was over.

Recently made a mobile order for a breakfast prior to the supposed 10:30 deadline, however after 10:30, if you do not pick up your order by the cutoff, your order will definitely be cancelled. Had a young man named Mark to assist with the situation and he explained to me that this was beyond his control and took my disdain quite well, and even offered me a drink for consolation in which I declined. Not his fault by any means but Chick, do better. Fix that app and ensure a warning is in place regarding your strict breakfast order and pick-up timeline on your mobile orders. Ensure that your employees are well-equipped to not have to explain why a customer’s order was cancelled. Frustration was taken out on an individual rather than the company taking accountability for the lack of communication on an app that they can definitely afford to update; which I’m sure is a sentiment that has been made before. Mark did an excellent job in prioritizing customer service. I was a little discombobulated due to my dissatisfaction but I came back to my senses due to the patience and kindness your employee shared.

I ordered food and had it DoorDash they gave my food to someone else not the door dash person then said to bad they won’t remake the order. So I was left with no food and my credit card was charged. So no I do not recommend doing business with this restaurant.

Daniel the manager and his staff are so professional and accommodating. I made a mistake when ordering and they helped me fix it with ease and not feeling bad for putting them in a quick bid that the manager made easy, no stress. Pretty good for a fast restaurant and impressed enough to right this review. This is a great Chic fil A and my daughter loves the clean playground here. Thank yall and Godbless!
